I am Purushothama N (SB Account No.:[protected] applied for a cheque book on 05/12/2016, still I have not received the Cheque book. I tried to contact customer care numbers and they are responding properly. Please send my cheque book to my office address (contact number also filled on address part). It is very urgently required to me. Please do the needful.
