ICICI Bank — child growth bond

Dear sir/ma'am, My father brought children growth bond -022001-cgb. Date of allotment was 22.03.2001. It is due to mature on 22.08.2020. I can understand this bond is discontinued however there has to be some procedure laid down for redemption. My father being a senior citizen has approached two of our nearest icici branches but have received no help all stating its beyond their perview. This bond was not brought out of the sky that suddenly there is no redemption procedure i feel this is a harassment specially during this current pandemic situation. Your help would be appreciated in this regards. However if i do not receive any positive response shortly i would be happy to take this to the higher authority and the banking ombudsman for resolution. please list the procedure to redeem the children growth bonds, there are many people who are looking for this answer.
I dont know why the posts are just market as resolved with out giving an answer??
I need an answer for the bond 062001-CGB for the bond holder no[protected] &[protected], what to do to redeem these matured bonds.

Dear sir mam,

I have brought Children Growth Bond in 2001. Which was due for redemption on 28 Aug 2022.
I have not received redemption amount, please let us know what needs to be done
