auto deduction of 199 rupees from my account

Address: Gopalpuram, chennai.

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 11/07/2020. Could you please assist me regarding this....

    I have got a loan from bajaj finserv india. It was my last emi that i had to pay on the 2nd of july, which got delayed due to insufficient funds. Instead, i paid it on the 11th of july. So the ecs of ₹540 and ₹590 had been deducted from my account this month on the 3rd & 4th of july respectively. I cannot reach out to them on customer care and neither are they responding to the email. I would very much like to know why the money was deducted twice and i would like to know the status of my complaint and what will be the process of refund of the second deduction as soon as possible as it has already been a week since it happened. So kindly look into the matter and respond accordingly.

      I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal.           I have a demat account in icici bank for 2 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction '[protected] dp chgs till may-20-inr 265.15'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

              I initiated upi transaction on dmart using upi. I got request of [protected]@icici on google pay for the amount of 1781/-. I approved the request for confirming my dmart order. Amount got deducted from my bank account but it shows transaction failed on dmart.

                  I applied for emi moratorium for the month of june but the amount got debited from account. I have informed this multiple times to mr gopalakrishnan from ambattur branch in chennai and provided all the details he requested. However nothing happened for the past 1 month. When i spoke to him today morning he is asking "who are you?".

                  This is totally unprofessional behavior and not expected from a bank like icici bank.

                      श्री मान जी[protected] मे icici bank का executive मेरे घर मेरा account खुलवाने के लिए आया था। वो भी मेरे किराएदार के कहने पर आया था।
                      श्री मान जी मैने icici bank executive के कहने पर form पर जहाँ कहे वहा पर sing कर दिए थे परंतु मेरे पास उस समय कोई भी पहचान पत्र (Id proof) नही था। आपके executive ने कहा कि मे manager sir से बात कर लूंगा परंतु कुछ दिन बाद वो आया और उसने मुझसे कहा कि आपका account open नही हो सकता क्योकि आपके पास कोई पहचान पत्र (Id proof) नही है इसलिए आपका account open नही हो सकता है।
                      उसके बाद 2015 मे मुझे पता चला कि आपकी icici bank द्वारा मेरा account[protected] open कर दिया था, और credit card ([protected]) तथा loan ([protected]) भी दे दिया था,
                      श्री मान जी आप मुझे ये बताने का कस्ट करे कि आपने किस पहचान पत्र (Id proof) के आधार पर account open किया तथा किस पहचान पत्र (Id proof)के आधार पर credit card और loan दिया था।
                      आपसे निवेदन है कि आप इस समस्या का जल्द से जल्द समाधान करने का कस्ट करें। आपकी अति कृपया होगी।

                        Within 15 days about 1000 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg~tpsl~31aug19~8390efa~[protected]g without any notification. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. What the hell wrong with icici bank.

                        Three time it has been same with me within 15 days. I want a strong reply from your side dear icici bank.

                                I am not able to do any online transaction from my icici account cause it is asking for grid verification.I dont have a debit/ATM card and i have applied for one.Due to the lockdown i am not able to get one .The branch too is closed in my area due to lockdown(madurai tallakulam) i am not able to do NEFT/RTGS by visiting the branch through cheque.
                                I tired calling customer care numbers but only get automated and recorded message .Cant talk to the customer care executive.
                                Please help me to do my online internet banking with just the OTP on my mobile as i have very urgent payment to make

                                  I'm extremely disappointed to see that Bajaj or ICICI is going down to such a cheap class and pathetic level that it is deducting some random charges from its customers' bank account without even having their permission or consent.

                                  I had purchased an item through Bajaj Finserv in 2019, EMIs of which I have fully paid without missing any of it, Hence no bounce charges should be deducted during or after...

                                  Hello,
                                  My account has been debited by 590rs for four times, 2360rs since past 1 month.
                                  I would like to know what are these charges for ? And how come at the time of lockdown ICICI is deducting so much amount. Moreover, my account is a salary account, so I would like to know why this amount has been debited?

                                    We Bhandari Gold and Jewellers Pvt. ltd are into gold jewellery business since 2006.
                                    ICICI Bank had enhanced and sanctioned our fresh limit of Pre and Post shipment limits on January 22 2020, from Rs. 18 Crores in previous year to 28 Crores against security of 100% Fix deposits as collateral (please find the sanction letter for the same). The sanction letter is valid for one year.
                                    1. On 10th June 2020 we received a payment or Rs. 6.5 Crores appx. from our party Viva International FZE against the o/s bills whose due date was 11/06/2020 and 15/06/2020 respectively. we requested for equivalent EPC drawdown against it, bank calls up and says that we will have to close the entire limits within 30/06/2020. The reason given by bank was that they are negative on jewellery sector post COVID - 19 and would not like to continue with the limits, although it is still not conveyed in writing to us. we in good faith agreed and accepted to close the limits. we asked the bank to release our Fix deposits that were lien marked against these limits. They agreed to release only Rs.4.10 Crores against it and said that rest will be released only when we close our entire limits ( again verbally). SInce then, we have been following up with the bank and their higher authorities for release of either EPC or FD, there has been no response from them. Till today there is no official letter from them to close the limits. They have been forcing us to write a letter that we would like to close the limits ourselves, which we did not agree and now by holding our FD they are trying to put pressure on us to close the limits.
                                    2. Our conduct with bank has been smooth and there was never a default in past and until now from any of our customers. One of EPC was due on 28/05/2020 and we have submitted our documents on 18/05/2020, till today it is still not converted into post shipment. They are still reflecting as outstanding in their records.
                                    3. Until April 2020 the bank use to credit subvention interest in our account on every 5th of the following month, they held the interest of April, May and June 2020 and still not credited. The reason given that there is no announcement of extension of scheme, it was declared in Month of May 2020 by RBI, we have still not received the credit in our account. The reason given is that it is still under process. The amount of subvention so far is Rs.30 Lakhs appx.
                                    4. we have requested for extension of pre-shipment and post shipment as per RBI guidelines, we had submitted our request letter, we also submitted party's letter for extension, it is still not done.
                                    The bank by doing all the above they are frustrating us and forcing us to close the limits before maturity. Although, there has been no communication from them in writing for the above. we have limits with other banking as well, infact they have sanctioned additional funds during this COVID-19 period and ICICI Bank Ltd. is not only frustrating us but also hampering our working capital in our business. Until now they have almost blocked Rs.2.75 Crores of funds ( 2.45 crores FD and 0.30 crores of interest subvention ) which should have been released immediately.
                                    One of our post shipment due date is 11/07/2020, we have submitted our request for extension, we fear that they will crystallize the same tomorrow, although letter of extension has been given to them.
