Icici bank posdec-chg

My name is kavya bathini and i'm holding a salary account in icici bank. I just saw today when i checked my account online, that 15 times i have been charged posdec chg. I want to know why are they deducting my money without any intimation and there is no text message after the money dedution of this. The description says:

Hello,
Myself amitav. Last monday (06:07:2020), i went to my nearby mobile store to buy mobile phone through emi on icici debit card. The store person asked me to provide my card for eligibility check. During checking, rs 12000 amount got debited from my account. When i told them immediately, they gave me a void sale receipt telling that amount will get refunded within 48 hours.in the meantime, i visited icici and hdfc bank branch and shared my problem. They told me to contact with customer care. When i called them, they told me to wait for 3-4 working days. I waited and till now i didn't got any refund. Kindly look in this matter and arrange for an urgent refund.

      Sir/Madam,

      On 4-Aug’19 I had visited the Rana Motors, GT Karnal Road Branch for vehicle purchase along with my wife so that I can support to my parents who are senior citizens and little one so that they can commute hassle free from my saving and with option of Finance.
      There Rana Motors representative Mr. Kuljeet introduce me with Mr. Gurpreet who works for ICICI Bank Auto loan contact number – [protected] . There I myself requested for 2 things, 1 is Part Payment Option and Another one is Foreclosure of loan and Mr Gurpreet (ICICI EMP) promise the same in front of my wife and RM of Rana Motors.
      On 9th of August, I took delivery by paying down payment. From that day I am struggling to get justice. On 23 August I got a call about some ICICI Lombard policies and 3 ICICI Prudential policies associated with it and they include the premium in my loan amount which I Never Opted for or no one from ICICI Lombard or ICICI Prudential met me or contacted me in any manner. I was not even aware about the policy feature and benefits.
      On 06th of Sept, I highlighted the issue of Fake commitments about fore closure and Part Payment also for the hiding facts and non-disclosure and also asked them what kind of policies are associated with the LAN Number - LADEL[protected].
      On 11th September, A concall scheduled by ICICI Lombard team ( Mr. Tejas) along with Mr Sachin Singh, I highlighted the complaint to them also and asked to share the policy documents and bonds soft copy which was not received by me till then to check.
      Surprisingly I got to know the Signatures on the policy proposal forms for both the companies are FORGED ( Can share evidances for the same), The DOB for my wife was wrong, The Tenure and SA is much lesser than my loan tenure and amount. The Signature date, mentioned as 13th August-19 but neither I visited to RANA Motors on that day nor anyone from ICICI met with me.
      I wrote a complaint to IPRU in person about Signature forgery and Incorrect details, They cancelled the policies and adjusted the amount into my LAN number LADEL[protected] .
      The same happened with ICICI Lombard, they also cancelled the policies and adjusted into my loan account.

      Sir, I am not aware on how many other papers Mr Gurpreet did forge signatures and I am trapped by him in the scam which impacted my life for 7 years. I beongs to middle class family and because of cheating done by Gurpreet from ICICI Auto loan team, The over burden happened on my pocket for approx. 3 Lac additionally. I wanted to make part payment as and when I save few amount to reduce the burden of interest and close the loan As earliest as possible. But post disbursement, I came to know the option is not available and I am trapped for 7 years. Sir, you also knows, I am single earning member in my family and all of sudden complete amount can not be arranged by me.
      In pendemic situation, If anything happens than ICICI persons will make my family life hell and Mr. Gurpreet and ICICI team is solely responsible for all mis happenings.
      Kindly help me to get the justice. Either help me to get the Part payment options without charges or instruct ICICI to reduce the extra burden of 2 -3 lac interest from my loan account please.
      Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

        Dear sir,
        I narendra d lakhataria is having credit card number: [protected]. I had taken personal loan of rs 150000/- on credit card (Plcc) on my above credit card dated 30/01/2018 wide reference number:13450472. My email address is: [protected]@gmail.com, on statement date:25/02/2020 to payment due date:15/03/2020 was as follows:. total amount due: rs:26985.59/-, minimum amount due: rs:6160/- pending installment: 10, monthly installment:rs.5054.09. I had paid rs.26985/- on dated:22/03/2020 through check payment for earlier closing of my plcc. Now i am retired person and can't afford every month installment amount.

        Please let me know how much pending amount is due in my plcc. I wish to close my plcc loan at the earliest. as per my belief one or two installments are left. kindly reply me. awaiting for your positive response. thanks & regards.

          Hi all,

          I had mistakenly trasferd money from my account to unknown person on 11th april 2020 on the same day i have contacted icici cc given verbal complaint, they suggest me to visit nearest branch to give written complaint and given details about account holder name (Dushyan borse and prasanna borse), written complain given at kharadi branch pune, they taken my complaint said wrong beneficiary account belongs to khadki branch pune, please get in touch with deputy branch manager mr sagar shelar, based on name of account holder we did some social networking to search the person in facebook, linkedin, instagram and true caller, we did get some contact no`s on true caller, we asked about the wrong fund transfer to the person and he said no worry dear if your is credited my account defenately i will refund you nothing to worry. And now he is not ready to give debit consent, he is well known customer of icici bank, icici bank manager always talk about his favour not to me.

          Multiple mail communication is going on but no luck.

          Wrong beneficiary person now saying that how did i get his no, why did i contacted him? - we apologize him that we contacted him, we are ready for any action he wants take against me, due to covid-19 we are not getting salary on-time, we staying in pune as rented and we have icici bank load as well.

          I am really disappointed with icici service.

          Please suggest.

              Force closure of home loan reg.

              I have approach customer care of icici bank since 2018 requested them that i am retired person and getting it difficult to pay high emi so i have not recd any support as per their norms. Now i am asking for force closer of loan but i am unable to get it. I have various doubts about change in rate of interest as per rbi guideline due to covid -19. So please look into it and resolve it on top priority as home branch at dahanu road do not have...

              1. I had want take a phone amount 14658 on Amazon on 30 may 2020 on EMI but order was cancelled and refund was initiate by Amazon with Refund Reference # 680736 but Bank was now EMI cut from my account.
              2. I had tried once again on 3 June 2020 on amazon take a another phone amount 16465.66 on EMI but due to bank not approving EMI so once again order was cancelled and refund was initiate by Amazon with Refund Reference # 682571 but Bank was now EMI cut from my account.
              3. I have tried once again on same day (3 June 2020) on amazon take a same phone amount was 16465.66 EMI Rs. 5617.11 for 3 months from Payment Method Visa **** 3300 but this bank was approving EMI . Order Details
              Ordered on 3 June 2020 Order#[protected] So now i am happy with that and finally get a phone.
              But now ICICI Bank 6th July 2020 cut EMI amount 16939.13 from Debit card.
              I have multiple time to contact with ICICI Bank Customer Care but they cant resolve my Issue.So plz ASAP Refund initiate in my debit card.and also attach some documents regarding this issue.So Please Resolve this issue. It was Very bad Experience with ICICI Bank .

              but now they deduct 2 product EMI of same amount 16465 now . when i have share all documents. that i have taken single product amount 16465. now once again
              share documents. i have to pay last EMI of August amount 5617. I will not pay this amount until i get the refund. ASAP resolve my issue otherwise i will take another option.

                          So letme just tell the incident in public. I ordered a laptop from flipkart opting for the debit card emi feature on 20th march 2020 (Just before lockdown) and i cancelled my order on 21st march 2020, as shipping was done from mumbai. So the seller refunded the whole amount the same day (21st march 2020)

                          But till now the emi account has not been closed even after my several mails and calls to the bank. I even visited my branch and got no response. The reply that i get is "due to corona virus pandemic.. We are short staffed" but icici bank have enough staff to call me on my number to ask when will i pay the due emi amount which is already been paid and apart from that.. I am not been able to use my account since march as emi will get auto debited so i had to empty my money from my account and till now i cant use it.

                          I have written to your official complaint email address a multiple times. I have called you a multiple times (Which is ofcourse chargeable even now. It doesnt get connected even with the plan activated in my number. It needs additional balance, only to spend another 5-10 mins talking to the computer and selecting the options from the menu).

                              Amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank i need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

                                  HI, its a long time back when i submitted my NACH OR so called ecs stop request and i recieved a text from icici that ecs stopped on my account but today all of a sudden 4000/- (approx) deducted from my account, is this a joke?, what are your plans? you guys are cheating public?, I NEED A WRITTEN EXPLAINATION FOR THIS WHY MONEY GOT DEDUCTED EVEN AFTER STOPPAGE OF ECS.
                                  I WILL BE ATTACHING THE SCREEN SHOT AND I WANT WRITTEN EXPLAINATION WITH REFUND OF AMOUNT. THIS TIME I WILL NOT KEEP QUIET.

                                    Hi, i dont need icici debit card and just want to retain the account and do online banking. But for all online banking the bank asks for the debit card. The annual fees for visa is exuberant and am paying that unnecessarily. Should this be reported to any govt body/rbi. Do suggest.

                                    P. S : i had cancelled my debit card and had to re-enroll for that as i will not be operate online banking without that.
