[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — close of fd

As per icici bank guidelines, i tried closing my fd from internet banking/ imobile app. But the option close fd is not available (Instead closure of fd on maturity option is there).in internet banking, the fd account selection option is not working in all the browsers (Tried chrome, ie and opera).

I suspect since we are closing the fd from the bank, it is trying to keep the option unavailable to retain the fd. Could please resolve the same asap.
