ICICI Bank — Closure of Account | |||||
Hi There, I have given an application to Close my account[protected] on 14th Feb 2017. The account was is dormant stage so I gave the application to activate the account and I paid the outstanding negative balance and also gave application to closure(I am attaching all the documents below). Even after more than a week the account is not closed the SR number is SR[protected]. I gave the initial request in Indiranagar, CMH Road Branch Bangalore, and I paid the outstanding amount in Domlur Branch and followed up with Domlur branch but even after visiting branch for many times my issue is not solved. This is ridiculous. When I spoke to ICICI bank customer care they said it will get closed by 20th Feb 2017 (I have the recording). Today Domlur Branch people are telling that its a mistake of Indiranagar Branch. I am fed up of ICICI bank. When customer wants to open an account you people show lot of interest but when they want to close you people absolutely don't care about it. If my account is not closed by today I will take this to Media and I will officially lodge a complaint in consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||||
