[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Closure of account for corona death | |||
One of the worst customer service I have ever seen in my 15 yrs experience. My brother died of carona. So the amount should go to the nominee. For that they called us and took signatures and forms...there were 3 lakhs at Bank account. They told they will call within 3 to 5 days, 15 days up no response, what a pathetic service. My mom is aged with knee problem. That guy's u know not giving contact number at least to contact whether the work is done. One of the worst customer service in world. MALKAJGIRI BRANCH.
