Dear Sir, I tried to get amount of Rs. 10, 000 from BOI ATM, Malshiras, Dist Solapur - 413111 on dated 13.05.2014.This transaction was shown completed in my account but i didn't received the amount from ATM. I already complaint to customer care on date 15.05.2014 & re complained on date 19.05.2014. I request you to resolve this complaint immediately. Complaint No.SR[protected].
