Hi, From 1 month i am calling to icici bank customer care to change my communication address, as i am not in india and i can not visit any indian branch personally. They are saying there is no alternative option is there. Its been 1 month but no solution. Please do the needful. My bank account number is[protected] and service request number is 0009sacqs93bfg5d. We can not change communication address online as per RBI rules after demonetization.
