ICICI Bank — Complain about customer care executive for selling policies even after refusing | |||||
This complaint is regarding customer care executive Abhishek Singh, Mumbai office. I got a call regarding an emergency card for medical emergency for me & my family. I was not interested in the card but the phone officer was not interested in that and forced me to take the card. I tried to know the amount that I had to pay for the card but the person forced me listen to the benefits and ignore the amount. Even after continuous effort, the person didn't give details about the fee to be paid for the card. These type of calls are wasting my time every day. I need some action to be taken as selling products forcefully to customer would not be good for company's image. It might force me to close the account forever.
