Complain about hp petrol pump not using icici swipe machine. I have gone to hp petrol pump & fill a pump but owner is swipe a card to other machine. Why customer bear a extra pay. Because icici bank machine swipe a card no extra charges. But other machine swipe a card extra charge is paying by customer.
