This is inform you that i am sugnan iam using icici bank account from last more then 5year now i am out of country there is some miss trancefor happened in my account i don't have opline banking i need statment last one week i am calling your call centar there is no proper answer i need my statment please can anyone help how should i get..     Loan against fixed depost was taken and re-payed in full and final payment in month of july. But still an interest of rs. 535.00 is being levied on the same.

    If i am paying a full and final amount of loan i assume that interest is being properly calculated but in this case it didnt.

    Kindly get this issue resolved as i have already re-paid another loan in month of august and am sure this issue will arise in another loan against fd as well. Snapshot attached for your reference.

    I, also need a day-to-day statement (Pdf format) of interest calculated for loan a/c[protected]

        I received many calls from one of your so called executive for credits cards..
        Just received a call from[protected] trying top sell his card.. When i oppose he start using unprofessional language

        I keen to know on which ground your team is calling and wasting time of any person..

        I short the person from icici credits card division calling people and whenever any one refused to talk he started abusing

        Dont know from where they are getting details of person am realy worried about my safely becouse they have my entire details

            At nariman point branch from last 10 years.
            There are 10 fraud transaction are done through my account on 13/08/17 at 3.15 am to 4.00 am
            Details of same are attached with the letter.
            I have register the complaint through your customer care & block my card immediately on
            13/08/17. I have visited the sakinaka branch on 14/08/17 and discussed the same to
            Bank manager, they have verified the same & denied to take up the matter further for refund.
            I humbly request you to please relook the matter seriously & arrange to refund my amount

              I have a demat account in icici bank for 2 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till july, 17' — inr 826.00. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected].

                Madam, my name is jimmy chakrabarty lived in delhi, dwarka mode-110059, i had purchased a icici money multiplier bond bond on 28th april 1999. The due date of maturity of icici money multiplier bond is 28th april 2017 which has been already passed by more than 4months.

                Now i would like to withdraw all my money from this bond but the back end company of icici bank is 3i infotech ltd they are making fool of me and keep on delaying the matter and not releasing my money.

                I had already submitted all my original and needful documents to icici bank canought circus branch and to the 3i infotech ltd branch by post even though after 4 months i did not get any concrete and proper solution which favours me. Please help me regarding in this matter.

                I am a active customer of icici bank for more than 8/9 yrs, i had a salary account in icici bank even though no body is helping me regarding in this particular matter at last now i wrote a letter to you, madam you are my only hope.

                The available documents are as follows:

                Bond holder no[protected].
                Certificate no -17480.
                Distinctive no (S[protected].
                Apply for the bond - money multiplier bond-0399-mmb - two
                Application date - 28th april 1999.
                Redemption date - 28.04.2017

                Madam it is a request to you that please transfer all my funds to my salary account that is icici bank account.

                    Purchased two tickets from irctc on i-09- 2017 & rs 469.77 was deducted from my debit card. But the tickets are not issued so far. Please arrange to refund back to my account from irctc.
                    Very sorry to note that waited 23 minutes in customer care number [protected] & response is poor though my number is one to wait.

                      I am m. Narmada i hold my account in icici bank from 2016. The money from my account has been deducted trice from my account consecutively. For my knowledge the dates specified by the bank that the card has been used i wrong because i haven't used my card on the specified days. I need help in this matter for refund of my money from the bank. I need the exact explination fro my deduction.

                        I am dubai, uae resident, i have icici resident account. Now i want to convert my resident account in to nro and for this i visit icici representative office here in dubai, but from them i came to know i have active demat and trading account and its not in my use and i have to close that. I inform your call center and they close my trading account but for demat account still i didn't get proper reply from your staffs, they just forwarding the calls wasting my time and money. Many times i call them and each time they told me different procedures. I visit your representative office also but no use.
                        I request you to guide me the exact procedure to close this demat account without anymore headache.

                          My father-in-law has deposited an amount of rs.6, 500/- on 06.09.2017 into my account no.[protected]. The bank has been deducted the amount of rs.177 (150+27) from my account. This is not at all fair to icici bank for applying this charge.

                          At least your bank executive has to be inform while depositing this amount. Without any information how you are deducting this amount from my account. If informed, i have other bank accounts i will ask to deposit in that account.

                          Hence, please refund this amount.

                            Greetings for the day!!!
                            This complaint is into reference of above mentioned credit card number ([protected]).
                            In the year 2010 this dispute regarding the credit card has been settled and i have received the settlement documents for the same after approaching the great lady ceo of icici bank mrs. Chanda kocchar.. Through email.
                            Just because of this credit card i have suffered a lot and has very tough time with your banking representatives.
                            After long now the story begins again... Getting the frequent messages from the bank for the outstanding payment and receiving the call from bank regarding the payment.
                            Now dont have patience and time to get it to all again and on everyday basis made your banking guys to understand the matter.
                            I strongly feel that bank has done some negligence to close this matter.
                            Hereby requesting you to close this card matter once for all and let allow to your customer to have a great faith on icici bank services.
                            I am attaching all the documents for your reference and action.
                            In case if my issue will not get settled or address, i have than no other option without take up this issue to your ceo again.

                              I have made payment for credit card due in full. Payment was made in two parts. Both amounts debited from my account but did not credited to the credit card for which they have charged me with late fee, interest and service charge.
                              I have paid all the amount i utilized from the card but not the extra amount they have debited to my card. It has been one year this issue is not resolved and they keep on charging me for the amount which i have not paid.

                              Because of this my credit score is also spoiled.

                              I have tried to reach many people from credit card department to resolve the issue but i am not able to reach them.

                              Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

                                  Hi, in name of service gesture i have been charged (500+90) on 20/08/2017 as overlimit fee. This looks like absurd. My credit limit is 10000/- based on customer support feedback seems like 44.33rs is the excess i have been used. I'm not intended or expecting or looking for icici to support incase o[censored]sing my credit card beyond the defined credit limit.

                                  It might be icici favoring customer to use beyond the credit limit to an extent. But as a customer i dont really want such a feature. This isnt the feature or option i wanted for my credit account. I believe i havnt agreed for such a provision.

                                  This is really bad to charge 500 for use of 44.33rs extra or for allowing customer to use beyond credit use and charge more.

                                  Expect the charges to be waived off.

                                  If not i would like to end my debit and credit accounts with icici. I do believe losing one customer like me is not a big deal for icici.

                                    I applied for the credit card but did not get it. Now i am getting mails like your credit card has been delivered, this month's statement of your credit card has been delivered, auto deduction of some charge will be done from your account for your credit card. When i check online there is no as such information about any credit card issued on my account. Please resolve the issue.

                                      3. My credit card is blocked, which is incorrect.

                                        I am an icici customer for the last 11 years and i moved to the us about 3 months ago. My india mobile number is updated in icici and no longer exists. I need to update my us mobile number, but i cannot do this online and talking to customer care has not helped at all.
