Icici bank delivered faulty credit card for me and it never worked. I had called up customer care and complained before the first statement generation itself, however statement was generated with annual charges and i didn;t even get the new card. Every month they were keep on adding late payment charges etc. I could not and did not make any transaction using credit card, but still they kept on generating...

I have called many times to customer care of icici as well as dominos but my amount has not refund. Also, dominos told me they have not claimed amount for the 1st transaction.

credit card fraud by people posing as icici bank employees

A bunch of thieves who talk like icici bank executives try to use your credit card details to make online transactions. They first attract you by saying you have reward points that you need to redeem/encash and ask for some bank information without which they cannot help redeem/encash rewards to your account.
At first, the call sounds genuine..
I received a call from one such number just half an hour back, and am shocked that...
