ICICI Bank — Complaint about CashDep Chgs

I am icici account holder, April'21 month my account got deducted as "CashDep Chgs 01-31JAN26+GST" charges. OTHERS CashDep Chgs 01-31JAN26+GST Amount - ₹118.00 I didn't receive any message or alert from you. I came to know about this when I checked my account statement. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer. I am still confused about this deduction. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Mar 26, 2026 Updated by wasim3327 again they have deducted 177 rs on 24th march 2026 for the same reason without any prior notification or explanation Mar 30, 2026 Updated by wasim3327 on 26th March two entries again 177rs and 855 rs !!!
