[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Complaint about CashTxnChgs & CashDep Chgs Branch-Apr21+GST

I am icici account holder, April'21 month my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs & CashDep Chgs Branch-Apr21+GST" charges for 4 times,

13 May'21 - rs 526.10(CashDep Chgs 01-30APR21+GST)
19 May'21 - rs 0.01(CashTxnChgs-Branch-Apr21+GST)
30 May'21 - rs 50.78(CashTxnChgs-Branch-Apr21+GST)
4 Aug'21 - rs 22.21(CashTxnChgs-Branch-Apr21+GST)

I didn't receive any message or alert from you. I came to know about this when I checked my account statement. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer. I am still confused about this deduction.

Today in my account charges are applying illegally without any notification for me (CashDep chgs is mentioned in statement).But it was deducted without knowing to me. Bank have illigally applying charges every month. I want my money back. This is absoulutely frustrating and ridicules. I have lost trust on icici bank.
