Rs 590 has been deducted from my account on[protected]

Let me know why you charging this amount from my account. What this is charge for?
if its compulsory deduction of double standard ICIC then I will close my account
.
Kindly refund my money otherwise i will file a compliant in consumer forum.

    i am having 16 years old account in icici bank and suddenly they had closed my account without prior intimation,
    this is really dissapointment and couldnt believe my self,
    please reactivate my account this will lead to very bad impression of your bank as atleast if anything wrong i am doing you can warn me or freeze my account thats a descent way but closing the account where i am having trust for 16 years is really bad un forgettable.

      Im not sure why ecsc charges are bedited from my account yesterday an amount if 590rs 2 times a total of 1180 rs has been cut with out any information or call or sms with out my knowledge.i want them back to my account.if se have done something you should first let us know the scenario and caution us but u PPL r taking away money.

        I have a salary account with icici and never applied for demat account but still Rs 826 has been deducted from my account as "DMC/DP CHGS and also I haven't received any deduction msg on phone and no intimation from icici.This happened twice 28 jul 2020, 27 jul 2021.
        This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. I can't trust Icici anymore. Kindly take serious action on this complaint and resolve this issue and refund my amount. If this repeats again then it won't be
        tolerated anymore.

              Automatic conversation of EMI

              Hello,

              ICICI Bank has automatically converted one of my purchases using credit card to EMI. When contacted customer service the executive put my call on hold for consultation with senior then blatantly disconnected.

              I request reversal of the EMI conversation.

              I am Lala Ram, working for rajasthan government PSU, was recently issued a "MakeMyTrip" credit card by the icici bank and charged a registration fee for the card for rs 590 incl gst. While issuing the card the marketing executive had promised that this will be a life time free card with no renewal charges and no joining fee will be charged. Also I had not applied for the card, they had got my number from some database which the icici bank must have procurred from somebody. I had said that since i already was having 1 credit card i was not requiring the card. But, the marketing executive pleaded that since it was a life time free card and with no renewal charges, i finally agreed to get the card. However, to my shock and dismay, I was surprised when I checked the credit card statement to find that joining free of Rs. 590 including GST was charged and even late payment charges are also being added for past few months. with the card asking for the card fees. I have requested the company to cancel my card for the same. I hereby ask the consumer rights redressal commitee to compensate me suitably for the distress and mental agony caused to me by the false marketing propoganda by the company and to take strong action against the bank.

                I received a message few days back stating that Rs.550 has been deducted as DP CHGS TILL April-21. I have never operated a demat account so there is no possible reason for this. I need an immediate refund.

                  Hi team, I have done UPI payment early this morning(31/07/2021), I got response as "no response from CBS" I have checked my balance that time.. It was not debited. So I did another transaction.. But if I see transaction history, now I can see 2 debit transaction on my account..

                      Myself Sabbir Hussain, i have been with icici bank since 2018. This year 2021 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till mar-21 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

                          I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 7 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '[protected] DP CH CH GS TILL JUN-21'---- INR 826.00'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. I have called customer care and they revealed that they charged me once in 2014 as well and when I questioned her she couldn't answer and told me that she will call back and never called. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

                            I have taken gold loan from sec 18 gurgaon branch .bank gave wrong information about gold loan first they have told me that the interest on gold will be submitted at the end of year and if we submit the disperse amount before the year no interest will be taken by the bank.                                 Dr tran for funding iwish a/c (RD Account)

                                I opened iwish deposit account, and i am seeing the 10000rs transferred to someother deposit account dr tran, what the hectic, how its happening without my knowledge. 10000rs my two weeks salary... This is insane... I didnt expect this from icici bank.. I am using icici account for past 7 years. Now i am frustrated to close the account a/c[protected]. Please someone solve my problem... I am not a rich guy to fund everyone. This is unlawful...

                                  I have a current account with ICICI bank Rupnagar branch (ICIC0000553), which was frozen/blocked by the bank on 23rd July without any prior intimation. On 26th July, I had submitted confirmation that I do not have any limit account with any bank. Followed up with bank daily for update
                                  But till date my account has not been activated. Branch is not providing me any reason for not activating my account.
                                  When complained to ICICI customer care, branch manager replied to customer care that they were not able to contact with customer. Really surprised when got to know from customer care that branch was not able to contact us while we used to go there daily for cash deposit.
                                  I have contacted and emailed higher authorities and customer care but to no avail.
                                  account is still frozen till filing of this complaint

                                  I have not seen such poor service from any bank till date
