[Resolved] ICICI Bank — complaint about opening a saving account | |||
I am an existing customer & i wanted to open account of my daughter. So i applied online but i didn't get any response so i went to borivali chandavarkar road branch to do the same. I waited for almost 30 mins & then they said the network is not working so they will contact me. After a day i tried to call the person but no answer so i went again to branch in next 2 days & did all the formality. As informed to me i called after 2 days of applying to enquire about the timelines. So the executive told me that as it is year end they are heavily loaded & they will take some time to open the account. When i requested to do the needful at earliest so he again checked for my form & later i was informed there is some mistake in their barcode someone had already used the form which they used for my application. So i have to do full procedure again for which i told him that i want to get it done immediately but as he was busy even after 3 days of all this mess i am still at square one.
