[Resolved] ICICI Bank — complaint about staff and service | |||
I have called multiple times to know the status of the loan and the charges deducted from my credit almost 7k +. Each time people give different answer. Isn't the process same for everyone? I ask something and they tell which is irrelevant. 2days ago i called again and was fed up and asked for manager. He said he is the floor manager. Customer representative has to be polite and with patience. But he raise his voice and not ready to listen to me. Even i work for customer service and i know how to be when handling customers. I'm literally telling listen listen but he raise his voice and made me shout and end the call. Teach the same process to all and train them to be polite. Worst customer service.
