[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Complaint against a lady who is calling on behalf of bank | |||
Dear sir I am minnie sajan who use to have a credit card when i was working with a company in mumbai. After recession i was without a job since 2002. I was unable to clear my dues. So the agent who use to call up for recovery once visited my house and told me to pay a sum of 600/- rs and he will close this acvount. I did so. Now after these many years a lady called asking my friends for my details etc. I do not understand how could someone enter into someone personal acvounts details etc. So many of my friends are being called i do not understand how have they hacked these details. While i called to ask her details she is not ready to disclose but asking only about me. Secondly i am not employed anymore. I do not understand this harrassment too. Can u help me out.
