ICICI Bank — complaint against loan services | |||
Hi, I am writing this as I am not very satisfied with the service which ICICI loan department gave. 4 August is my due date for the registration of my property. It's been more than 15days I have applied for loan. Almost every day the loan department need a document. They don't have a certain list of documents which is required for the loan. When ever we asked the status they required one document. We have paid the processing fees as well and agent took 1000 Rs extra cash. I don't know why. Still they are asking me to give Rs 500 more via cash. They have provided me incorrect interest on section letter. Which has wasted my 4 days to processed. Ppl are very arrogant and they treat the customer like they are favouring us and they don't need the customer. Pls tell me how can I file the case against them as they waisted my complete 15days. Now they are giving me the cheque of less amount as per approval of my loan. Who is responsible for every thing? And still they are showing the attitude. Was this information helpful? | |||
