I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue with your credit card recovery agent his name is ( Sagar - [protected] and Arpit Patel - [protected] ) who has been harassing my family and me despite my previous communication with the bank regarding my medical issue and request for temporary relief.

Account Holder Name: Chetan Jani
Details of the issue:
- Recovery agent's harassment and threats
- Defamation and coercion
- Minimum payment taken from family with threats ( Dated - 6 July 2024 Amount is 6400 rs. ) if you are not paying this amount your home will be sealed by bank
- Sharing personal details with family members without consent
- Forcing my brother to pay the remaining amount without my confirmation
Previous communication:
- Email dated[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] informing the bank about my medical issue and request for relief
Demands:
- Immediate cessation of harassment and threats
- Apology and compensation for defamation, mental distress, and coercion
- Investigation into the agent's conduct and appropriate action
- Resolution of the outstanding amount through a mutually agreeable payment plan considering my medical condition
- Confirmation that the bank will not share my personal details without consent
