Ipo mandate amount blocked from ICICI Bank but not released yet

I have applied for VIBHOR STEEL TUBES LIMITED ipo and given upi mandate through icici bank. As per the ipo dead lines if the shares are not allocated the money should be released on 19th of February in my case the shares were not allocated, and same time money was not released by icici bank. They kept blocking the money after 19th also.
And on 19th i have called the bank customer care and i have asked them why the money was released...

Online Transaction Block for my ICICI Credit Card

Hi,

Due to the fact that I entered the wrong OTP a couple of weeks ago, they blocked my card for online transactions for 24 hours, and I am seeing this message every time I am trying to purchase items online.

I tried to contact customer care, but the problem remains as it is.
I am very disappointed. It has been more than a week, but my card has not been unblocked. Please help me here.

    Yesterday I made a transaction of Rs.2000 through a scan and i paid the remaining amount of Rs.8000 on the same transaction, unfortunately it was shown different name and the vendor told he has not received the money. I raised the service request, but it is not showing.

    As per my knowledge I never scanned any UPI id yesterday and I never entered any of the id manually also, how come the name changed automatically. If I scan also I won’t be able to pay more than Rs.2000 and how come it happen.

    While trying to customer care it is only asking to block the card and no other responses.

    Kindly suggest me how to track the vendor to recover the money.

      Card in invalid status when logging in through CMS portal

      My ICICI Bank Multi Wallet card has sufficient balance and is valid through 2026 and is a chip-based card. I haven't used the card for quite a while. While checking the card through CMS Self Care Portal, it is showing as Card in invalid status. Kindly assist on what needs to be done....

      ICICI bank has deducted ecsrtnchg charges 590 & 534.28 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.         Within 88 days about 7394 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg_
        From the date of January 2024 to February 2024 without any notification. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency, What the hell wrong with icici bank. I contacted with the customer care service but they didn't responding. Kindly review.

            ICICI bank charges NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG-ADBLDESK

            Address: Tower 25, Flat 110, Amanora Township, Hadapsar

            ICICI bank has deducted 590 * 5 = 2950 (February) and 590 * 5 = 2950(March) 2024 without any notification.
            This was not the case earlier even if I don't maintain minimum balance, the SIP gets dropped and I used to complete the SIP manually.
            They should notify about the deduction and reason about the same. I am requesting a refund of my hard-earned money at the earliest. Thank you....

            Address: ICICI Bank Chelakkara.

            Why banks like ICICI deducting the amount without informing the customer in the name of ECSRTNCHGS? I took SIP in MFs, where AMC is not having any mandatory to make payment then why ICICI if forcefully trying to deduct the amount? Also even after the cancellation last month its still deducting the amount.

              ICICI Bank Fraud Transaction Request Closed

              This is regarding financial fraud that happened on my ICICI Account No :[protected] of amount Rs. 265986.00 (Two Lakhs sixty five thousand nine hundred eighty six only) on 26th Feb 2024 at 8.30pm. I raised customer dispute with ICICI with No as SR[protected]. This request is closed saying this is authorised transaction with second level OTP.

              Hacker hacked my account through ICICI Credit Card apk application . I clicked on link...

                    Sir me indian army me kaam kartahun, muje kuch loan ka requirment tha tho me Suratgarh cantt branch se contact kiya tha aur un logon ne muje 1000000 (Ten lakh ) ka loan a propose kiya aur documentation pura kiya. muje msg ayatha ki 30 EMI ka (Per EMI 38459 RS) mine un ko bataya ki sir yeh bahut bada EMI hai yeh mera se nahi hoga tho un logom ne bataya ki aap ek EMI bhardo baad me kam karlenge. Me un ka barosa per loan leliya aur dho EMI bharne ka baad un ko bataya. Un logom ne koi EMI kam nahi kiya aur bataya ki aap top up leloo. Me us keliye bhi ha bholdiya. per oh bhi nahi hua. Phir un logon ne bhola ki aap top up bhardo. me ne dusara se loan leke 800000 (Eight lakh ) leke top up bhardiya oha bhi 26 Feb ko account me bhardiay lakin abhi tak koi action nahi hua. na EMI kam hua naki koi amount kam hua. agle EMI ka date bhi najdeek aa raha hai. mera loan account No LPSGT[protected] and Mob No [protected]. so please sir mera EMI ammount kam karke muje help karen.

                      My application was processed on[protected] against Mortgage Loan application [protected], Online processing fees paid 6018/- with pay id NPgJ5wkL8sqlps to ICICI bank. But post paying Processing charges than after the responses from ICICI bank representatives have taken a U turn and there is absolutely no support resulting from the counter part who were interacting with me Named as Khyati-[protected], Ranjeet - [protected], Ravi Vazirani-[protected].
                      All required documents related to property is been provided to the concern legal team as an when asked, now team are just buying time and looks to me they are very casual for customers. Every time i have to keep chasing with the concern team, though i am their existing customer on loan where my housing loan againt account LBTNE[protected] is still on with timely remittance month on month on EMI. Even my Cebil score stand 844 Points which is best for approach, My loan requirement is bit urgent where my sister-in-law have to undergo medical treatment on Lungs Tuberculosis & need of money which i have also been informed to the bank employees. Request you to please help me in getting this processed fasten and in supportive to customers requirement.

                      There is no form resolution yet and ICICI Bank team are still looks to be showing no interest, i urge to close this chapter by getting my processing fees back with all my documents to be returned which was been submitted. I am in contact with Kotak Bank and they are willing to get it approved with the available documents. Help me with this atleast without further delay.
