[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Complaint lodged in the mira road branch, but no results yet. | |||
I have a fd (a/c[protected] in mira road branch (surya shopping centre). i am a senior citizen and i am eligible for tds exemption. I have submitted 'form 15h', but still tds has been deducted. i have placed a complaint in mira road branch on 30th july 2016. they promised orally, that a complaint has been lodged and the deducted amount would be credited in 2 working days. As no refund was made, i again went to the bank on 3rd august 2016. on asking for an acknowledgement, they told me to submit a tds reversal request application and promised that the amount would be credited within 10th august 2016. Its been 15th august and till date no refund has been made.in between i have made numerous calls but all in vein. I am 78 years old and its not possible to visit the branch every now and then. i would expect this complaint will solve my problem... Regards Gopal chandra roy Was this information helpful? | |||
Aug 24, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved My issue has been solved ultimately...First, I got a call from ICICI Bank (Mira Road branch)...Then I had to go to the bank to show the acknowledged 15H Form once again and finally after 2 working days TDS exemption was made and the amount got credited in my account...
