ICICI Bank — Complaint (Pathetic Customer Service Provided by ICICI Bank Call Centre Executive) | |||
Hi, I am very disappointed with the last call I had with ICICI Bank Call centre executive which started at around 4:35 p.m. on 3rd Feb, Friday, She however did not bother to understand my issue & ignored whatever I was telling. SHE PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 30 MINS & did not bother to comeback. This is the worst & most pathetic customer service I have ever Received in my Life, Her name as informed by (Shrutika) the last call which I made to enquire on the Name is Manisha. Manisha had received my call & gave the worst customer service.
