ICICI Bank — complaint regarding the ATMDEC

Address:Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh

the amount of rupees 28.9 rupees is debited from last 2 months. when i explore it on the internet i found that the amount is deducted due to insufficient balance in the other bank ATM. I dnt know why the customer is paid the amount for this. please clarify the matter
