[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Conversion from savings to salary account - 2 months passed and no response | |||||
One of the worst experiences i have had at any bank. For a bank that claims to be a customer friendly one, this is highly unacceptable. I had an existing icici savings account, which i wanted to convert to a salary account at the time of joining my new company. The same was the requirement for 4 other in our team as well. An icici representative, called madhu, gave us forms to fill to that effect. We did all the required fields and photographs, and was told that account conversion would happen in 2 days time. It has been 2 months since. And no action has been taken by any one in icici after repeated attempts to contact this person as well as complaints to customer care by all o[censored]s at least 3 times. This is the number madhu gave to all o[censored]s and never bothered to reply there after, [protected], [protected]. Please let me know 2 things. 1, what should i do now to get the conversion from savings to salary done? 2, how do i lodge an official complaint against this representative madhu, who has absolutely no shred of decency or sense of responsibility for this type of job.
