ICICI Bank — Conversion of roi on my home loan - lbmum[protected] | |||||
Dear sir, My home loan account number: lbmum[protected]. My home loan is 10 years old & i am currently paying 13.6 % interest which is very high so i had called your customer care a month back, they asked me to visit your branch & ask for conversion for roi and submit the application. I have visited your vashi branch for last 3 weeks & every time they did not accept my request giving the excuse that icici bank agreement format is under revision and ask me to come next week. I have been waiting 2/3 hours every week when i visit the bank. No one is giving a date when i should come for revision and i have asked them to give it to me in written, which they provided. Attached is the scanned copy for the same. Please let me know when will i get my home loan roi - revised? And who pays for the delay in conversion? 13.6 % is higher than any other bank. If i don't get a resolution in time, i will call off of my relation with icici bank and move to another bank.
