    In the first week of february, i thought o[censored]sing the icici pockets application, and installed it. For online transactions, it needed a 3d secure pin which is to be generated during the first online transaction.
    I tried generating the 3d secure pin, and couldn't, since it said that my credentials are incorrect. Since then, i have been calling the customer care several times and all they do is place a service request, ask for screenshots and personal documents and then do nothing. I have to call the customer care once a week and they place a new request saying that this time it'll be resolved.
    Icici pockets claims 20% cash back on bookmyshow and some other websites. Well, i have used bookmyshow and other such services very often in the past 2.5 months but not through the pockets card, because it isn't working on online transactions. Hence i missed out on a lot of cash back. A service, which was promised to me while installing the application was denied.

      Hi,

      There are not even receiving any customer complains, there customer complain is worst and they have not taken any action and they debit 247 rupees from my account for credit card of icici and i never have any credit card of icici, without any reason sec-54, gurgaon, icici branch deducted the money for credit card and even when i never had and never have icici credit card.
      I am coming here for help, please help!

      This ICICI Bank Customer care is fake, i lost my 27000 rupees from my account.

      He is the bad person. i was cheated with this number, same issue. He took my number from this and i am cheated. ;-( How now i can get money back :-(
      This [protected] called me and said i will return ur money and same he sent messages on my number, i thought he was refunding and i gave him my debit card detail and otp and then he deducted 3000 then 4000 then 9000 then 10000 rupees. Around 27000 rupees from my account. Please take some strict action. I lost all my money, i am a middle class person, what can i do now, lots of complain with this number, and still no action. Where is digital India of Modi? I pray to god this man must paid what he has done to all o[censored]s. That mobile number I linked and verified with Truecaller app that shows “NAAPTOL DEEPAK”, My uncle is IPS officer, he said if you do not get all your money back, then we shall take strict action.

      I don't want to share any of my details now, again you fraud will give my number to some cheater and he will contact to me and stole my all details. Direct make a call. I lost my 27000 bugs and who is responsible for my loss now? who will return my money to me? I saved those money by working 14 hours a day and many mental and physical illness and that too all in minutes. I wish that man must pay it physically and mentally. I don't know him but he will pay for it because GOD is always looking us. Suggestion to that man if he can read this again, please do a hard work and then allow other to steel your money, then feel the feeling that will come in that time and then you will never do wrong again. My mother is ill and that money i saved to spent on her but you stolen it ;-(

      If above are from ICICI, then I shall mail you if you promise that all my money will be back into my account? Because of your last mail, i thought the call was from your side. Either give my money back or leave the everything.

        I wanted to open Basic Savings Bank Account, so i quickly landed to the page http://www.icicibank.com/Personal-Banking/account-deposit/basic-savings/index.pa...
        on 11/4/2016 i visited your two branches (IFSC CODE : ICIC0001035 and other IFSC CODE : ICIC0001314) for opening my basic savings account, the first branch (1035) just told that this basic saving do exist, and the secound said "opening this account is long process..." what does it actually mean ?
        so they just told me that, i have to open regular saving in which i have MAB monthly, and in both branches, the executives actually don't anything about this basic saving account (poor product knowledge ).
        and i got call from icici bank (no. +[protected] and i just told them open basic saving account, they agreed and said i cannot apply through online, they will fix an appointment and send one executive to my place, so he will open your basic acc . after 2 hours i got a call from mr srikant ((IFSC CODE : ICIC0001035), and he refused to open basic saving account, he said that that do not exist .
        can you help me, do this basic saving exist or not .if not then why it is on your website and why that phone call executives agreed to open basic account .if it exist, then why they are refusing to open that account.

          I haven't subscribed to my money service but still anual fee for jan 16-dec
          343.50 rupees got deducted. Most annoyingly i can't even find 'unsubscribe' in the my money console. What an insane they don't have toll-free number. I called support guy he hold my call for 18 minutes with no reply. I really got pissed off. Please unsubscribe me from my money service and pay back my money.

          Who subscribed the my money view services? without informing how it was activated. why didn't inform before debit money from my account. please send back my amount you debited from my account (343.50 rs/-).
          its taken 1.30 min, finally he drawn my 50 thousdend money, please help me urgent.
          this is very fraud and cheated me to transfer amount, he said that he his calling from icici customer care and he given one website http://www.myrefund.in/ to operate to refund like he asked to enter all the credentials and etc. finally he transferred my amount (49, 999 to his account and i called to same number but he didn't responded. please urgent help, i am not believing.. OMG what i will do now ..

              This is regarding a severe complaint related to the website of b2 banking.

              I have been using icicib2 banking from 2008 and I have hardly seen any improvements in this website.

              This being completely online banking, the web experience has to be really well otherwise it's of no use..!!

              1) The mailing module is ridiculous - the grid does not show subject line for the mails. Do you expect your customers to click on each mail to find out what they want?

              2) Inbox and Sent items are clubbed together in mailbox - please check some mailboxes like yahoo and gmail and improve this section on your website.

              3) The information is not quite up-to-date anywhere - I recently wanted to update nomination details of my account and the information on website was different and one given by the online representative was different. My service request was closed with some comments and there was no update provided via mail or phone. Of late, I received the standard response - "Please visit the nearest branch and submit the documents" - Then what's the use of your online bank if I have to visit the branch in any case? Don't you think it kills the purpose of online banking itself. Help your customers to reduce their branch visits.

              4) Train your customer representatives - they don't know that which website your website works well on. In fact it has to be browser neutral. Though the above problems are on all browsers be it IE, Chrome or Mozilla..!!

              In fact the process for updating the nominee is easier in normal savings account than this online banking.

              Now, there being no branch this adds to lot of problems for your customers. If you really care for your customers then please work out on these improvements or else your customers have better banks to move to.

                Hello,
                My name is manish rai i am holder of saving account with indusind bank with a saving account no[protected] and my home branch is noida sector-18.I am writing this email in great disappointment, i would like to share my bad experience of banking with indusind. I am a salaried person working with pvt. Organization in delhi and trying to cope up with life by earning my livelyhood, i have my family in bihar who is totally dependent on me and my salary. With a great agony i would like to bring an instant to your kind notice. I would like to share that i am earning 16k per month and staying alone in delhi to full fill my family requirements. On a pleasant day of december when i got my salary on 7th december i was in bad need of money so the other day i thought of withdrawing money and planned to send it to my family in bihar.
                So, i went to icici atm near 12/22 noida to withdraw amount of rs 4000 at around 9 dec 5:39 pm, but i was shocked to notice that the amount trying to withdraw did not come out of the machine after that i tried contacting the guard at the same atm but he was of no help and directed me to my home branch of indusind bank. I would like to bring it kind notice that it's been more than 2 months i am traveling here branch to branch desk to desk but did not get any remedy of my pain and loss. I have been in touch with my branch manager but he is also reluctant and seems in no mood to help, and induslnd officer is saying that icici bank is not giving cctv footage
                I also got in touch with icici bank but for them i am not their customer so they re-directed me to indusind again. You can understand for a person how is earning 16k per month a transaction of rs 4000 is a big amount with that loss i am being mentally and physically harassed on day to day bases.
                So, this is my last hope and resort to write this email to all the big position holders of reserve bank of india
                So i here by request and please of resolution of my matter as soon as possible or else i will have to take this matter to the honorable jurisdiction of india.

                  Dear sir,

                  This is a complaint on the surcharge waiver being offered by icici on coral cards.

                  I have a salary account and in course of time i was offered a coral credit card. I have been selectively using this card only in hp petrol station. In spite of this cautious approach, i found out that i was being charged with the surcharge fees continuously for 3 months. I want to get this charged reversed at the earliest..

                  Sir i would like to bring to your notice on the vulnerability to a customer. I had a call with the customer and they told me that i need to make sure that card is swiped on icici merchant services swipe machines

                  What else the customer need to make sure?? Even after making sure that the card is swiped at hp outlets, they want the customer to go inside office counter need to verify the pos machine and check if those machine is of that of icici. Is this not the responsibility of the icici - hp?? Should they want the customer to go and confirm on their desk and see if they are using the correct machine or not.

                  Sir please consider this complaint on behalf of a multitude who face this issue..

                  Let me paste the transactions from the same hp outlet..

                  I have been constantly getting reversal of surcharges till dec '15-see below

                  3.) i too had a recent transaction at the same hp petrol bunk on -08/04/2016 [rs200] and 10/04/2016[rs500] for which i do not have the recent statements.

                  I am providing the phone number for presenting my case and to get a reversal of surcharges and also to bring a clarity on the t&c so that such things will not repeat to vulnerable customer whose voice cannot be heard.

                  Hi,
                  I have ICICI Platinum Visa Credit Card. Recently I Swiped my card at HPLC Pump of 260rs. When I looked up my Statement i saw that there is 271.50 rs (cr). deducted of which 1.5 rs(dr) "Service tax reversal" and 10 Rs.(dr) "Rev of HPCL Surcharge Rev". I cant understand where I have 2.5% surcharge waive off. any one over here can explain me.

                    Taking icici credit card was the biggest mistake of my life. Their staff has no manners and don't know how to speak to a customer. I got a call from this lady sonu the other day for the payment of my cc wherein she was literally shouting on top of her voice. My payment was due as i was traveling out of the country and somehow missed to pay the same. She is such a harraser that she involved my family in it. Sent her representative to my house and gave call to my mother and harassed her. Why do you have to involve one's parent for a puny amount of 5000 which i was eventually going to pay.

                    She didn't understand and kept on harassing even the peak of the same was when even after making the cash payment in their du branch they sent a representative to my house and insulted my parents for the same. How could you do this to anyone, i mean i don't understand they don't even respect elderly people.

                    This is such a shame and coming from a mnc like icici it's unbelievable. I will complain to consumer court as well and make sure to sue them for this behaviour of theirs. This is unacceptable and i'm sure nobody will tolerate the same.

                      From last month a lady from icici bank call me several times in a day from no. [protected] or e [protected] . She asked me to pay bill of my father credit card . Why i am going to pay if i didn't used it .She always talk nonsense dont know how to talk .And she also make calls in my company where i did my training but due to her calls company through out me. Only she is responsible for this.How can a bank appoint such type of peoples .

                        On 24th of aug 2015, sunday icici representative came to my home to collect auto debit change form. I requested to change auto debit for lbche[protected] from indian overseas bank account to icici nre account to make the emi transfer process smoother. I have signed all the mandate forms that the representative told me. Also i provided blank security cheque to him.
                        So for the month of sep 2015, i expected the auto debit to happen from my icici nre account. But the icici loan branch representatives requested me to authorize the emi deduction from my icici nre account and also promised that the auto debit will be enabled for the next emi month.
                        As every emi due date passes, the icici representative would call and request me to authorize the debit from my icici nre account through email and promised that the mandate will be effective next month. This continued for three months and hence the bounce happened for those months (Aug15, sep15, and oct15)
                        Sumathi along with sivaram were the people who are contacting me on this issue on behalf of icici. As i was requested to authorize for the month of nov 2015 also, i strongly objected to it and asked what had happened to my mandate form and the blank security cheques. I was really worried about the blank security cheques being misused and asked for the same to the representatives who called me in the months of nov 2015 and dec 2015.
                        Only then the representative (Sumathi) informed me about the missed column to be filled in the mandate form which i was totally unaware of till the month of oct 2015.
                        It’s very obvious that i did not receive any proper response from the icici representatives on this issue and i was kept in dark about the blank cheques. This was the reason for which i withheld the authorization of emi for the month of nov 15 and dec 15.
                        After the promise from the bank representative that the issue would be resolved and the blank cheques are safe in the hands of the branch official, i have authorized emi properly from the month of jan 2016, by when a new problem raised.
                        When i authorized emi for the month of jan 2016, overdue charges and cheque bounce charges which happened due to the mandate issue was debited from my emi. I have raised this issue with sumathi and she had promised that it would be adjusted in the ensuing month's emi. And she adjusted the overdue charges in the feb 2016 emi.I have asked for these charges to be waived off as this happened due to the mandate form issue. But sumathi has been dodging me for more than two months on this issue. Also i have requested her to change the auto debit account to my old indian overseas bank account. She has not responded appropriately for this as well. As you can see that the issue is open for more than two months without any resolution and there is no sincere effort from the bank to solve this issue.
                        And on 2nd april 2016 sumathi has replied in watsapp saying that overdue charges of rs.2000 and cheque bounce charges of rs.1137 will be reversed which is contradicting her previous watsapp communication which reads a reversal of rs.2500 of overdue charges and rs.1137 of cheque bounce charges on 15th march 2016 for which i have objected already and requested to reconsider and resolve the reversal issue asap. I have been continuously on calls and messages with her for the past two months to resolve this issue. I didn't expect this kind of response from icici bank and this much time to resolve this issue.

                          My name is sandeep, i have opned a salary zero balane account in cyber greens city gurgaon branch.my account number is[protected], there are seven thousand rupees in my account since last one year, but now i have check my balance, there are only four thosand some rupees.these charges deducted as smab charges + s.tax, my account is for salary account as zero balace, then why icici deduct this money, i have deposit this to do very hard work, but the icici have easily deduct this amount without any information.now i want to credit my deducted money in my account back

                            R u guys running a bank.. or dis is some kind of joke going on.. today I withdraw a amount of 5000 at 3:11pm from the ICICI atm ashok vihar phase 3 gurgaon and at 3:22 pm I received a message with 15000 withdrawl from my account.. this money is really precious for me as I was saving this for my moms operation from last 3 months.. now who will compensate me for this amount.. I am going to the consumer court as I am really irritate with the service of ICICI bank.. also going to print this news in news paper to make people aware of this disgusting service of you guys.. I want an immediate action and reply for this matter.

                            I did the biggest mistake of my life by taking your Credit card. These guys have been harassing me an my parents from days for the payment and that too after making the payment. That too for a pity amount of 5000/-
                            I don't understand, Till me its fine I'm an adult and can understand your concern but why did you involved my parent s for the same. This is just one forum where I am complaining, I will sue you guys in the Consumer Court. This is not the way to handle the customer, specially Ms. Sonu from your team. What does she think of herself, Teach you team some manners first and then come back to us begging for money. Even after doing the payment in your DU branch your representative came at my door step and misbehave with my parents. This is unacceptable and I want a strict action against it.

                            I would not like to continue with you guys and live this life of harassment. Please discontinue my card and have a happy life.

We regret to be associated to your bank and even after raising a complaint at Consumer court nobody responded. I am so sure that I won't be paying even a single penny post this.                                 In my credit card statement from 24-jan-2016 to 23-feb-2016.

                                I was having previous balance displayed 17493.36 which got neutralized with the payment of 17493.36 and new purchases was worth of 51921.29, for which minimum amount due was 2600/- with a due date of 13/03/2016. I paid 3000/- on 10/03/2016.

                                Now in the statement from 24-feb-2016 to 23-mar-2016.

                                Icici is now asking me to pay interest for that 3000/- also which i've deposited in previous month and charging me interest on the complete amount of 51921.29/-.

                                Also, when i saw the issue i called up 3 times to icici customer care and surprisingly there team was incapable of providing me a clear answer of those extra charges, instead they shared with me an interest calculation sheet.

                                When i followed the same with a senior executive in customer service department with the name of mr naresh, he was unable to give me a proper answer while i was discussing the interest calculation sheet with him.

                                I asked him a few logical questions which he was not willing to answer as he knew its a mistake of icici.

                                I thought of compiling a complete story and sending it to the complaint department then i got a reply from mr indrasena reddy, customer service manager who instead of bringing transparency in the extra charges tried to scare me of the extra charges which will be piled on me if i won't timely pay to icici.

                                That's a clear unethical behavior of icici overcharging customers and when asked not able to provide clear explanation instead avoiding communication with the customer as they know most of the client don't even check their statements thoroughly so icici is trying to levy unnecessary charges.

                                I got this credit card a few months back and in past few months they have charged excess of 5000/- from me. Now lets say icici fool just 1% of indians (I.E. 125 lacs people) with these extra charges, they are earning 6250 cr and then they proudly show their numbers at quarter or year end displaying their growth or success via fooling their customers and passing the profits to fii share holders.

                                Trust me on this i am not putting this complaint because you are over charging me for 1664.76/- but because i've got unprofessional response from your teams and you've lost a loyal customer.

                                I've blocked my card and there won't be any further transactions happening from my side and i'll pay to icici what i am liable to pay i.E. 42220.62/- not a paisa more, as i've already paid 10000/- to icici yesterday.

                                You guys do hell of a in-operations.

                                  I have applied for ICICI bank credit card in Nov 2015. Due to some reasons, I was out of station and after that I shifted my home. So, Credit card was not delivered to me and was returned back.

                                  On 10th Jan 2016, I received mail that my credit card was blocked due to undelivered.

                                  But after that every month I am receiving payment reminder mails and monthly statements.

                                  I wanted to raise the complaint directly to ICICI bank but for that Account number is needed and that I don't have.

                                  So, Kindly help to forward the issue to ICICI officials, so that things can be settled.

                                    ICICI Bank Customer cupport not at all called me and updated personally visited near by branches no proper response from them now compaint has been closed with out intimation they dont care any body need to next level of esculation for stupid things we get calls not for the SMAB charges deducting not even single means of communication done by the bank even visited several times to the branch no body told that time also .

                                    i am a customer for ICICi bank for 10 long years i got last 8 years my salary account is not creadited to ICICi bu still it is reflecting as salary account i was doing the transaction narmally suddenly when i check my account showing NIL balance bank pepole not intimated through SMS nor MAIL nor Call for stupid things i will get calls from ICICI for SMAB charges not even intimation even is physically visited the branch offices

                                      My name is harshal doshi. I am a customer of icici bank from last two years. I have my salary account in icici bank.

                                      Last month, i was offered a coral credit card from icici bank. Since i have my salary account in icici bank, i was offered a completely free credit card. I was told that there would not be any joining as well as yearly charges. It was offered absolutely free.

                                      Now i have received a bill of 572.50 rs saying that these are my joining fees.
                                      As a customer i feel cheated and unhappy. Being this big brand it does not suit icici bank to cheat its customers just for selling its products. Thus i'm not paying any joining fees or any other charges and i want my card absolutely free (No charges) as i was told.

                                      I'm expecting icici bank to consider my complaint and respond to it.
