[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Coral credit card new pin generation | |||||
I have been given a Coral Credit card against my loan account. However, the date of birth has been recorded incorrectly. Further, I did not receive my PIN. Now when I call the ICICI customer care, they ask for the DOB, and are not accepting the correct one that I am giving. The chat facility is least helpful. If providing a credit card, atleast make it a point to deliver PIN, and if not, atleast bank representatives should be helpful in customer generating a PIN. I did not get help even from Bangalore MG road staff, who directed me to ATM but ATM has no facility to generate PIN for a new user. Was this information helpful? | |||||
