ICICI Bank — Could not generate password for internet banking

I have tried a lot to get my OTP for userID[protected] to generate my pwd online to get access to my online banking but i am unable to generate my password.When i try by putting my UserID and Email address i get message THAT online generation of password facility is disabled！！！I have successfully generated pwd for my account UserID[protected], but i am unable to do same for my this NRE account. kindly advise
