[Resolved] ICICI Bank — cpp services | |
I was using CPP services for last 5 years and this year, I received a letter from them stating that the 5 years tenure for CPP is complete and therefore they would need me to send a filled form in order to continue the service. As I was not willing to continue, I did not bother sending the form as stated by them. However, my credit card was charged for the CPP service which was supposed to be expired without submitting the form. At this point, I am totally unsure on what needs to be done, as the customer care says they can provide only 50% refund. I am perplexed on how things are managed and how one can renew services without one's consent. Was this information helpful? | |
