I have a credit card of icici bank & my card got expired on 08/17 so you sended card on my old address, so i went kondhwa branch (Pune) on 26/10/2017 to change the same i meet with mrs - nisha jadhav (Empl no-186616) she was suppose to call me but no response from her & so i called her she was so rude i dont have time i am handling other customer so i said what happened u were suppose to call me she said i dont have time to have my lunch i said what i have to do with your lunch & will call u later but no response finally i call her again today 01/11/2017 because she said u can collect card from branch but today she is saying call customer care i had never told u to collect card from her... Why she has given me wrong commitment & she really dont know how to talk with customer & if she dont have time tell her not to mobile no to customer then... I really fell bad icici why they keep such people in fron off! Finally i want apology from her.
