Hello Sir, I have applied my credit card request and document submited before 15 days but till date not any begining process. And Krunal name perosn said me i am ICICI person please give us document and i has been submit.

Last two months there is overlimit fee reduced i can agree that time there is no money and this month i have added money, now also they reduced amount with overlimit fee. they were looting money like this and tells silly reasons.
