[Resolved] ICICI Bank — credit card application rejected | |||||
Dear icici bank, Few days ago i got a call from icici bank representative to offer a credit card. After checking everything they told me that i am eligible to get a credit card. Then i applied and shared them all my documents. (Application num [protected]) But now i got a mail saying that 'application rejeted'. I am salaried person having account at icici bank from long time. I was relly trusted this bank. But not anymore. If you are unable to provide or if i am not eligible then why you called me and collected documents? Is that the way you serve a customer? This is really irretating and unexpected. Why are you westing our time? Seriously, in future i will never accept credit card from your bank and soon i will portout my account from this bank. — chandan b. Was this information helpful? | |||||
