[Resolved] ICICI Bank — credit card billing late fee not reversing | |||
During april payment, i did the payment on 4th april. Due to technical issue at back-end, the payment did not happen and it was not notified properly to me. Later on 12 when i went to site for different issue, i found payment not done and i did the payment. Now icici bank personnel or helpline does not want to discuss in detail and does want my late fee to reimburse. I looks like since it is a big amount so they intentionally does not want to resolve this case in positive way. Can anyone from icici bank help in reimbusing by late fee?
