[Resolved] ICICI Bank — credit card blocked and unprofessional behavior | |||
I payment against was pending. I was in touch with the collections department. We made a promise that i'll make a full amount settlement on a given date, while the team agreed. After making the full payment my card was blocked and after contacting the customer care they said to reapply for new card since the account has been closed.
