I used to give examples of your excellent service and professionalism but this time you proved yourself most poor service provider.
I had a credit card 4375 xxxx xxxx 9004, which has bill of around 30k. I paid about 10k untill one day i gets a message that your credit card is blocked. Then you issue a new card to me something ending like 9012 which i fail to receive since my address was changed. You texts me that the second card is also blocked since it was not received to you. Then you issue one more card with ending like 0564. And the third card also follows the same story like the second card.
Now there are no details in my internet banking account for any of the card and i am not able to make payment against any card.
Now i am receiving e statement for all the 3 cards sum up to 30k.
I complained to your customer care team but no fruitful response as every time they say we are scrutinising your case. Its more than a month and i am sick of your service. All my concerns are stated as:
1. Gst has been levied 3 times in month of july itself when there was not a single purchase been done from my end, since my card was blocked already. Upon asking for clarification to your customer care team no fruitful response has been received till date.
2. I still kept some amount to pay for credit card bill in my account and as per auto debit procedure, 2 deductions has been made against the 2 cards that were issued subsequently after blocking the original credit card. Again no clarification from customer support team.
3. The last date to pay is 11th of every month but i am receiving response from you this late, now even though i was intended to pay the amount but because there was no detail in my internet banking i was hurdled to make the payment which in turn will come back to me only in form of fine or late payment charge, when i was totally innocent.
Considering all the above scenarios and huge inconvenience along with, i seek a justified response from your end with a balanced compensation.
I sternly seek your response this time else i will have no option left other than taking legal action against your bank.
