ICICI Bank — credit card closed request still it is showing in active mode

Hi team, I have blocked my credit card in july 06 2016, could you please close or cancel my credit card account. When i had checked my cibil the icici credit card is still in active, please close my account and update in cibil. I have sent a many remainder mails but still no body has responded.
