Respected sir/madam,

We have paid electricity bill through online payment rs 2144/- that is,
(Southern power app (Sd) — bill pay — icici bank app (Tech process payment services) — net banking) on 17th october 2019. We also got online receipts which are attached in attachments below!!!. But it is not updated and the bill amount is added to this month. We also went to bank and verified!! Transaction is completed successfully.

Last to last month I have deactivated the CPP by calling to your customer care executives. And then they assured me that they will deactivate the plan with in 7 days but still they don't do that. And also they would assured me that my refund will initiate to my credit card account. But still they not done that.

    Hi my name is sourabh. I got message amount deducted from my saving account.{dear customer, inr 1650.00 was spent using debit card of account xx998 on 20-nov-19. Info: vin*google *tic. The available balance.}but i did not done any transaction. Without my otp how this happened. Please cross check and revert my money back. This is wrong and please help me.

    ICICI bank has deducted INR 1899 from my bank account without asking me. As per their record they have deducted it for WPP-SR[protected]Renewal which I have never requested. Request to you please help me to get it refunded.

      Hello sir/maam
      I tried to make a payment of ₹2965 to executive director school of open learning university of delhi.
      And i entered the bank details, received an otp and entered the same, got a message of the payment as well but didn’t get the receipt of the same nor was the payment being shown as paid to me. The following is my transaction id. I tried again and the same thing happened once again. So i have been charged twice but the payment was not done. Please help me with the same and refund the amount to my account.

        I have deposited Rs.2000 in ICICI Bank Cash Deposit machine (Chennai - Valasaravakkam Branch) today (Wednesday, 20th Nov 2019 - around 8:30 PM). Money was accepted into the machine. But at the end while printing the Cash Deposit detail, machine shows transaction got declined and no money was returned from the machine. I got the slip with me but no person was there to help me. Not even a single security guard or bank person near the machine. Called the customer care but no proper response was given. Told me to contact to Bank tomorrow morning. Have lost 2000 rupees.

        My account number is[protected]. On 11th September, 2021 I made a cash deposit of Rs.[protected] * 98 + 90 * 99) at time13:16:28 hours with the machine id 0003042SRY at vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad. The machine got stuck cancelled the transaction when I was typing mobile number. The money is not returned and I could not ask anyone. Kindly check and please remit my amount.

          credit card approved but not delivered due to bank and courier blue dart mistake

          Hi,

          My credit card approved from the bank and its shipped by the courier service "Blue dart".

          I was unavailable at the office and asked to courier service to deliver the courier at my home address. They tried to deliver the courier at my home address and found the address is incorrect, the door number is mismatch which I shared as per my adhaar card.

          I don't understand how the address...

          I was gifted a corporate gift card back in 2018 but I've yet to find a way to check my balance since it's expiring in 2020. The customer care number at the back of the card isn't valid anymore and I can't get a hold of the customer care e-mail ID. I wish there was a way to find out the balance.             Lately i have been getting 3 otps for every online transaction like zomato, uber etc. Hence it is causing a lot of confusion as to which one to enter in the payment gateway page. And because of that, my debit card has been blocked for online transactions. When i called the customer care and entered my 16 digits on the card, an automated reply said that my card isn't blocked and disconnected. So much inconvenience caused by icici and no help from customer care.

              First of all this is more of a warning rather than a complaint.
              So icici bank was running cashback offer on amazon.in purchases. Offer was that we had to register using our mobile numbers to 'activate cashback' (This claim can be verified using the screenshot_1 uploaded below) and then shop normally on amazon.in. Then user was supposed to get cashback o[censored]pto 5% for purchase during offer period. There were various slabs of cashback % but cashback was over and above all other offers that were running on amazon.in already.
              This offer ran on their website 2 times in october and i purchased both times. It was not mentioned anywhere that offer can be claimed both times or it was only to be claimed once. So i assumed that it can be claimed twice but that's a different story.
              So i purchased worth inr 5169 on 12th oct. 2019 and around inr 4000+ on 22nd oct. 2019 but when i asked about the cashback they kept telling me about some other offer.
              Now those of you who are addicted to amazon sales like me will know that there are offers that run on amazon.in and they need no activation (Not from icici at least) and this offer clearly needed activation as shown in screenshot_1 uploaded.
              Now icici bank's foolish customer care people kept telling that offer was on amazon purchase on min inr 50000 which would give me cashback of inr 1750 which is only 3.5% cashback but again see screenshot_1 to check that offer was upto 5%.
              So you can see that they couldn't even identify the offer that was running on their website.

              I am attaching all the screenshots of chats, in order, as they happened. So read ss_2 first then ss_3 and then ss_4 and so on.

                An amount of rs 1399 was debited from my icici credit card (Xxxxxx8007) by one-assist service without my consent. Since i am not aware of this, i immediately blocked my credit card and cancelled my one-assist service, after that one assist refunded my debited amount in my blocked credit card, but bill is generated for my credit card. Again 100 rs for minimum balance is autodebit from my icici account. Since bill is generated for card, so i paid the credit card bill in full of rs 1399. So how can i get my extra amount back since
                1- one-assist refund my debited rs 1399.
                2- rs 100 is autodebited from my account.
                3- i paid credit card bill in full of rs 1399.
                Currently icici credit card is blocked and i am not holding any icici credit card.

                  I applied on 16 oct 2019 (Saving account no. We write with reference to your savings bank account xxxxxxxx4262.)

                  For saving account in icici bank and filled all details online and paid 2000 rs online as account opening amount after that they called and told we also required thumb impression and came to office and wasted 3 important hours but failed to take thumb impression as they came with faulty finger printer and wasted my time than i told to take whatever documents required they agreed than against when given telling again we required finger print next day i told stop and return my money i don't want and all they steps are taking to open account and now they are sending email to closed your account come to branch office with i'd and proof and closed how third class this bank is taken my money and wasted my 3 months now and giving me mental hazard by all lies.
                  As not opened account as failed to take finger print how they are telling to close account. If you opened account where is my id and password why your person came and asking for finger print to open account if account is not opened why your asking me to come to closed account??? How third class this bank is taken my money...

                  I have sold my shares in heavy loss and got 15301 credited to my account. In the start of November I notice an amount of 483 has been deducted from my account mentioning:

                          I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my Icici Card ending with 5129.
                          Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. I am waiting for confirmation of delation of this service and also refund the money @1899. It's a humble request for the deletion of these service

                            I have purchased the Maruti Balano in the month of April 2019 from Nexa Showroom Banner (Excell Atuovista Pvt.Ltd) .Than time Dealer has affixed fast tag on my Vehicle vide Vehicle Registration Number MBHEWB22SKC266509 but in this process he mention my mobile no.[protected] instead of [protected] now I can not registered my details because of old mobile no. I already contacted 3 times on your help line no [protected] they promise me it will update within 48 hrs. I am following up this matter last 1 month but still date it is not updated. I am requesting you kindly do the needful.

                            I think the HDFC Bank is one of best bank & well known for your service .but unfortunately last one month my request is unattended. I am requesting kindly update the same.

                              My account number is[protected]. On 28.10.19 rs. 125.08/- was deducted from my account as smab chgs sep19. I think this is the charges for not maintaining minimum account balance in september 2019. But it is clearly mentioned that mab required to be maintained in my savings account is rs 0.00. I have checked it in the tab of monthly average balance details of my internet banking. I want my money back into my account as soon as possible.

                                I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs129/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 18th november 2019. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same. Received a mail that my icici bank account was debited with rs 129 without my permission and any prior intimation. Kindly help me with this.
                                Vis*amazon stan is mentioned in the transaction but i am not aware of it at all

                                These type of transactions are generally happened when we have filled card details on platforms which have monthly subscription such as Amazon prime, Netflix, YouTube premium. We fill our details to enjoy free subscription for few month but money keeps debiting automatically without any warning or message.
                                I am writing this comment so that anyone facing same problem can resolve this issue by deactivating their auto subscription.

A person names vijay purane collected my documents and said i will receive my credit card in 7 business days. I asked him after 15 days when i didn't get my card he said verification failed and again he said i ll get my card in 5 days. Its been two months i m following with him. Agent name is vijay purane.
