I am holding ICICI card and I missed my due for Sep 2025. Crossed 5 days from due date. I Informed Bank that I will pay soon. But inspite of my assurance, I got calls by asking me to pay immediately and everytime in a polite manner I replied I will pay before due date.
Even I am a working person and the calls kept on disturbing me every minute. I got 43 calls in one hour. ICICI officials giving mental torture as they threatening they will come to my house and used abusive words in phone like 'You are a beggar', 'Stealing bank money', 'ran away without paying' and so I was forced to reply for the same with my native language. This is a very serious issue because icici bank is spoiling my mental health and forcing me to speak liek them. I need a reply and support in this. They made me cry today with their words. To the mental Core, they made me to speak out.
I don't want to apology for my language because the way they (She) spoken is not right. Even If I disconnect the call, she kept on calling from another number and speak the same thing without allowing me to speak even I ask give me space to speak. Are you people appointing a customer caring person or a Psychic person to torture people and get your money immediately.
I paid my due now, Will you able to get back the statements you used on me. I need a response definitely for this. I am fed up seriously with ICICI.
Good thing I did today was I stopped my contact to get ICICI bank card after this incident. I will keep doing this if any of my contact try to get your card and I will save them from getting your tortures. Good Psychic Customer care(Caring) persons you have. Continue doing your good job...
