[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Credit Card Complaint — Complaint regarding customer service associate

I called icici bank credit card customer service on friday april 8th 2016 at 10:08 am & i spoke to lady who's name i don't remember. I wanted to know the principal outstanding on the personal loan that i had availed on my credit card as i was planning to pre close it. First of all when i got connected to her, she was talking to someone next to her may be her friend or may be someone not paying attention on her system that the call has hit her. Later she gave her greeting and started talking to me. I told her that i wanted to know the principal outstanding on the personal loan that i had availed on my credit card as i was planning to pre close it. Not listening carefully she gave me the emi amount that i have to pay as per statement. I again repeated my statement clearly stating that i wanted to know the principal outstanding amount on the personal loan that i had availed on my credit card. She again gave me same answer in a slightly rude was stating sir please listen carefully and gave the same info which is the emi amount i need to pay. I clarified to her again as to what information i wanted and when she understood what information i wanted, she put me on hold for such a long time and never came back. I called the same number again and got connected to another customer service associate who gave me correct info and i also told that associate to listen to the hold music which the previous rep has still kept me on, not bothering to come back with the correct answer. I ended the call with the second associate but the first rep still did not come back on the phone to talk to me. I also explained this to the second associate i spoke to. She confirmed that she could hear the hold music about the first associate. I am really very angry with such a horrible service provided to me. I want strict action taken against her. She could not understand english and on top of that was rude and then kept me on hold for ever and never came back and so i had to end the call. I would want a call back on this as to why i was treated in this way and until i don't get a call from icici regarding this will keeping posting the same complaint wherever i can and also go to consumer court. I also work in a call center and so i know how to tackle such associates. Requesting you to please call me and explain why such poor customer service was provided to me and why does the bank have such associates in their department who are not interested in the job they are doing.
