Sir one of the worst call center i have ever experienced is of icici bank. Either your CSD department people are bunch of who are getting free salary and doing nothing to improve IVRS. I called 5 times on delhi customer care no and that too at 11.30 pm today (30 dec 2014)and every time it is saying it is busy and that too after listening to blah blah. Dont take customer for granted. I want to cancel my banking relationship out of frustration.
