[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Credit card customer care not answer properly | |||
I haven't received proper response from icici credit card customer care. I complainted I have not received otp on time. They said now i will send to ur mobile number. I asking for clarification about why it was not coming and i was facing this problem last several month they dont even bother and they said now i will send to ur mobile number. When next time problem comes again i have to call back to customer care Now also i tried customer care 4 times and they put my number in automatic call back. I will never give request but now almost 45min gone they never call back to me.what kind of service provided by icici. Its really worst Was this information helpful? | |||
