[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Credit card debited but merchant has not received the money

On 5th August i recharged my BB Daily, Pune with Rs.1500/- and Rs.75/- but both the transactions failed and BB daily has not received the amount of Rs.1575/-
i have written more than 20 mail to icici bank customer care team but they are not accepting the wrongly charged debit my a/c and giving one excuses or other. kindly help as i am physically handicapped person

I received a message from ICICI Bank informing that they have reversed the wrong debit of Rs.1575/- to my Credit card A/c.
