False deduction from my ICICI bank account

I am facing the problem of EBA/FUND TRF CHRG & EBA NFO PI. I never used to have this problem earlier but since couple of months ICICI bank has been deducting this amount from my account. I would like to know on what grounds are they deducting the amount from my account? And how do I get the amount reversed....

I am Rajkumar. ECSRTNCHGS charges has been deducted from my account automatically multiple times this month. reference transactions - ECSRTNCHGS050723_SR[protected] INR 590 and ECSRTNCHGS100723_SR[protected] INR 116.43. Please refund the amount.

    My account is a salary account. So it's a zero maintenance account. But they debited Rs.32.40 & Rs.588.99.

        Dear Team,
        My name is Prashant Kamble, I have salary account with icici bank, thane teen hath naka branch with account number is[protected]. Few minutes before i got a message that bank debited Dcard fees of rs 694.81.
        This is to inform you that i opened this salary account on or before 2015 and at a time your bank executive never informed about any such dcard fees related and he told me that bank will not take any charges or fees for the card use services and inform you that first time such dcard fees deducted into my salary account since account opening with icici bank on or before 2015.
        This is wrong, invalid ways to collect such charges without any update or intimation provided by the bank side.
        Kindly explain about my above mentioned concern and refund my amount of rs. 694.81 immediatly asap which was not belong with my salart account which is not included in such bank policies for any such dcard fees deduction related

          Icici bank kyc approval pending of Epfo

          I have seeded my ICICI Bank account details on the EPFO website on 12th jul 2023 and its still pending for verification from Bank's end. I have already written an email to ICICI customer service and haven't got a proper response regarding the same. I tried to visit the branch but no one at the branch seems to have any idea about who approves the Account details for EPFO or how its approved. Someone at the branch even argued that EPFO KYC...

          Issue not resolved yet, still bank not refunded to me amount of rs 694.81, as it deducted into my salary account invalid and no explanation given by bank side on that issue.

                But I have not get any response.

                  When I checked my recent transactions, I was able to see my account got deducted with rupees 590 with the description ECSRTNCHGSO50723_SR[protected]. Couldn't find any other details regarding this deduction.

                    An amount of INR 590.00 hit my account as ECS charges (ECSRTNCHGS050723_SR[protected] with transaction date on 10/07/2023. There is no information or message sent for intimating or explaining this. Please refund this amount and explain why was it deducted.

                    This is very unethical.
                    ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    I have not yet got any resolution on this. I want my refund back without any further delay. Some very unprofessional person called to let me know that i need to download the ICICI bank app to get a refund of this through a voucher. I do not use your app and want the money back directly on my account.

                              It Maturity date / Redemption date as mentioned is 21.05.2023.

                              There is no trackability of this bond.
                              How do we redeem it at maturity? Where you we approach for redemption? Updates on the schemes?

                                I was told about part time job in ebay that by ratings task we can earn
                                money and I started depositing the amount and ebay team told that need to
                                invest more and do more tasks for earning money and took 141872 from
                                my ICICI Bank account and later I realised that it is fraudulent which had
                                happened with me. Please take a complete against and please return my
                                money back. I was first contacted through WhatsApp and guided to login
                                into telegram for the tasks and told that I will get huge amount commission
                                if I complete the task and the tasks are never ever completed as it is only
                                amount taking activities and no amount is given us back

                                  I have been trying to reach out to my nearest Icici branch for redemption of my Scici deep discount bonds issued in 1996. But nobody in the branch seems to know how to redeem them and they're just replying with "we've sent the email to the concerned team". It's been days since they're unable to guide me with the further process for redemption of the bonds and I feel like stuck as I'm also not being provided contact details of the relevant teams working on them.
