We have purchased mobile on 3rd April, 2023 with my ICICI visa credit card ending 8000.

Cashback of 2000 rs. Still not received even after 90 days( even after 3 bill cycles)

After so many times contacting ICICI Team but there is no certain answer or resolution Given. Mails have been sent also but they said to wait 5 working days on 25th July. Now It has been so many days but there is no cashback received.

      In the last 2 days, the bank has charged me 2 times with an amount of 590 each mentioning some ecsrtchg -
      590+590 = 1180
      I tried to connect with them via call but they didn't answer my cal.
      I need to get it reversed and this should not be happened anymore.

          I bought the mobile on EMI through your loan, the first EMI was due on 3/6/2023, I also maintained the EMI amount in my account but the EMI was not deducted on this date from you.So I myself paid the installment of ₹1277 through Google Pay on 4/6/2023, if the Bank ECS process is not completed from your side, it is not my fault, I paid the EMI immediately as soon as I came to know.

          Ref: ICICI BANK LOAN ID NO: lcfahb[protected]

          I bought the mobile on EMI through your loan, the first EMI was due on 3/6/2023, I also maintained the EMI amount in my account but the EMI was not deducted on this date from you.So I myself paid the installment of ₹1277 through Google Pay on 4/6/2023, if the Bank ECS process is not completed from your side, it is not my fault, I paid the EMI immediately as soon as I came to know.
          If I paid the installment of 3/6/2023 on 4/6/23 due to your invalid policy then why can you show late payment in my CIBIL score.
          Till date I have 43 out of 44 payments showing on time and bcoz of you one of my payments is showing late in the CIBIL report, due to which my CIBIL score has also dropped from 762 to 699.
          Kindly correct the late payment you are showing and make the payment on time and I should also see the effect in the CIBIL report.
          If you don't solve my above complaint then I will take strict action against you for ruining my credit, I will also complain to CUSTOMER GRIEVANCE and RBI OMBUDSMAN.

                  Hi santhosh here. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till June-23) on 26-July-2023. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

                  Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                  We people are here because of trust towards icici. But this is totally an unacceptable behavior from icici. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can loose the trust.

                  Kindly refund my money at earliest

                      My account got debited with RS 826/- amount with out any information stating DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUN-23.
                      Wgile open account it was said that it is free no charges are applied for demat account no how come the amt was charged with out any information?

                        I have also received a mail from icici direct regarding saying, account marked inactive for not using more than years, then why the hell are you people deducting my money

                        I have been with icici bank since 2020. Last year Dec-2022 413rs and 826rs on Jul-23 have been deducted from my account without any alert message or any information.

                        I am not using any Demat account and the representative also said there is no hidden charge for open any account. But my account is deducted twice with DP CHGS with 413rs and 826rs.

                        Please Refund my while money back 1239rs otherwise. i will also raise senior complain and will try to close my ICICI account as well.

                          I have been with icici bank since 2020. Last year Dec-2022 413rs and 826rs on Jul-23 have been deducted from my account without any alert message or any information.

                            I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 6 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUN-23'---- INR 581.78'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.

                              Hi there, my saving account has a debt freeze from last four months due to police reason code. i have tried every possible way to get know about this issue. i have visited so many times to bank, but they did not tell me anything. This is so unprofessional. At least tell me why my account has been blocked and for which transaction and from where the file has been raised so i can contact them. I have all the valid information, please help me with this matter.

                                I have been deducted with 826 rs on 25th july under the name of DMC dp charges till jun 23

                                I am using icici since about 3-4 years and have never activated the demat account then how I am being charged . When I reached customer care they told that there is demat account on your name.

                                    It is surprising that mcc surcharge 4112 has been deducted from my wife's account no.[protected], on transaction date 26.07.2023.

                                    While Indian government is promoting use of debit card, such surcharges deducted by Bank is unacceptable.

                                    Please revert the deducted amount of Rs. 35, otherwise it would increase disbelief on banks. I have a 15 years long relationship with this bank and a privileged customer.
