I initiated a transaction using money2world and received a notification that the transaction is submitted. The website says that the beneficiary will receive the money in 1 working day.

I am the sender and beneficiary in this case, and i did not receive the money even after 3 days. The online status shows money sent.

Recently I have noticed that my account had been deducted 1899 for PPL/WPP_renewal of policy. But i have never enrolled for such a plan. Amount deductions without our consent is not reasonable. Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i never used it. Please try to clear this request asap....

I tried to change the 3D Secure password, inspite of putting the right OTP it showed your card in blocked. I have applied for ICICI Amazon Pay Credit Card but unfortunately, my application got rejected. Despite having a Credit score of more than 770 and already having an ICICI MMT Card my application was rejected. Now I have been bared for the next six months to apply for this card.

Yesterday on 21st january about 590 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~ADBLDESK~11JAN21~a
aa33b3~TATAACHB without any notification. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency and when I was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. What the hell is wrong with ICICI bank.

I'm charged by ICICI Bank with Rs 590 four times (i.e, 590 *4 = Rs 2350). I called the customer care but they did not help me in this regard.

Icici bank has deducted 29.50 four times from my account without any notification or alert, this is totally not fair, i highly condemn this action, and i need all my deductions to refunded, and this deduction without alert is highly unethical and unacceptable.

Is this the way you treat customers by looting from them unnecessarily without intimidating?

Are you facing any loss for our insufficient balance, if not...

I have completed my service on 17th november 2020. employee id is 463917. its more than 45 days and i have not received the settlement amount. when checking on alumni site its showing that amount has been credited but there is nothing in my account. when making complain on customer service they just ask me to send mail even after sending mail to payroll team there is no response. how to escalate this thing?...

I have noticed that ICICI has issued me many debit cards periodically and then charged my account approx 500 INR everytime for it.
I did try to call ICICI customer care to report this. But then i was uncomfortable to proceed since the IVR system asked for PIN number after asking account number. Since i did not submit my PIN, it disconnected everytime....

I have been charged Rs 1180/- (inclusive of GST) for not maintaining the minimum balance. Neither the bank executive nor any customer support has called to acknowledge. I keep on maintaining Rs 50K balance to avoid NMMAB charge. But again they have charged on it.

Please resolve it at the earliest......

I was trying to pay medical premium for the year 20-21 to New India Assurance and initiated the transcation by clicking the pay button which took me to billdesk page and paid the amount of Rs 14918.74. The amount has been debited from my bank account, but page showed "Sorry ! we are unable to process your transaction.
