ICICI Bank — credit card delivering to wrong address

Address: Vadodara, Gujarat, 390019

I had applied for credit card on nov 26 and it was approved and dispatched in 5 working days but they sent it to a wrong address (My past address). I called customer care and asked them to deliver it to my current address and they made sure it will be delivered to my new address but 3 days later i got a call from delivery agent from the wrong address again and i registered a complaint again with reference number sr[protected] and they noted the address and made sure it will be delivered to me in 7 days but today i checked the tracking number and i find they r delivering it to my past address 3rd time in a row. Kindly help me get out of this mess
