Hi, i bought icici fastag online on 1stdec. I got 2 messages saying my icici fastag account is activated. My icici fastag account is 22280846 and 11826288. I don't know which one is correct. And i didn't receive the fastag for any of them.
I further got a message on 6-dec saying that fastag serial no.[protected] is assigned to tag acc. No. 22280846. But there is no information on whether the tag is shipped or not nor the tracking id?

    Due to some issue with the bookings via booking.com, they agreed to provide refund. Booking.com has already processed the refund and provided me an arn number (85297869344949373568942) on 10th december 2019. I haven't received the refund yet. I don't see any feature in app to check the status with the bank. Please provide refund as soon as possible.

      I received the msg that my icici bank fastag account linked to vrn ka51ml3333 has been debited with rs.285/- for dispute on trip no.[protected] on[protected]:36:50. I dispute this debit.

      On the same day and time my icici bank fastag is debited with rs.65/- for the same trip no.[protected]. This is correct and i agree to it.

      Please refund me the excess debit of rs.285/- for the same trip.

      I not yet received my fastag till now.

        Hi,
        I have made wrong transaction of 5830 rs on 18 nov, 2019 and same day i inform to icici bank customer care, they told me that we are raising complaint against wrong transaction but i did't received any response from them. After few days back, i call again then, they told me that we are not responsible and you have to check with hdfc bank they no better about it. I went to hdfc bank there staff told me that icici bank are making me fool. I really don't understand, how can i get my money back.
        I am icici bank account holder i made wrong transaction to hdfc.
        I called customer care of icici bank and hdfc bankd and i visited branches also of both bank. I am feeling helpless. Kindly help me to get solution.

          श्री मान जी मेरा नाम सुशील कुमार शर्मा पुत्र स्वर्गी श्री सुरेश चंद्र, मकान न. 1204, नेताजी सुभाष लेन, जवाहर कालोनी फरीदाबाद हरियाणा का हूं।
          श्री मान जी 2004 मे ICICI BANK का EXECUTIVE मेरे घर मेरा ACCOUNT खुलवाने के लिए आया था। वो भी मेरे किराएदार के कहने पर आया था।
          श्री मान जी मैने icici bank EXECUTIVE के कहने पर FORM पर जहाँ कहे वहा पर SING कर दिए थे परंतु मेरे पास उस समय कोई भी पहचान पत्र (ID PROOF) नही था। आपके EXECUTIVE ने कहा कि मे manager sir से बात कर लूंगा परंतु कुछ दिन बाद वो आया और उसने मुझसे कहा कि आपका account open नही हो सकता क्योकि आपके पास कोई पहचान पत्र (ID PROOF) नही है इसलिए आपका account open नही हो सकता है।
          उसके बाद 2015 मे मुझे पता चला कि आपकी ICICI BANK द्वारा मेरा ACCOUNT[protected] OPEN कर दिया था, और CREDIT CARD ([protected]) तथा LOAN ([protected]) भी दे दिया था, LOAN AMOUNT 25000 RS था जिसने ये LOAN लिया था उसने कुछ LAON AMOUNT भर दिया था परंतु शेष 9000 RS रह गए थे, जिस पर CHEQUE BOUNCE FEES, INTEREST CHARGE और PALENTY लगा कर 16366 RS कर दिया था। जोकि मेरे CIBIL SCORE मे आ रहा है।
          श्री मान जी आप मुझे ये बताने का कस्ट करे कि आपने किस पहचान पत्र (ID PROOF) के आधार पर ACCOUNT OPEN किया तथा किस पहचान पत्र (ID PROOF)के आधार पर CREDIT CARD और LOAN दिया था।
          आपसे निवेदन है कि आप इस समस्या का जल्द से जल्द समाधान करने का कस्ट करें। आपकी अति कृपया होगी।

              I have registered for a new icici fastag on 4 th of dec. I received the fastag account number and tag account number. I have not yet received tag till now. I tried all my way to reach to customer care. I am an icici bank customer, the back customer care told they are not resposible for fastag and need to contact fastag helpline. I called and waited in queue fro 45 min call connected and then hung up. No way for escalation.
              I need to travel with with family on 21st. Please find a resolution for this. I am like knocking on all the dead ends.

              Hi, ICICI bank thanks for the fast solution for this problem. Even though they hav not replied i got the fastag delivered today and night i can travel peacefully. The next day the ICICI customer care got notified about the complaint they assigned tag serial number and 18th they dispatched tha tag. through Bluedart it got delivered today. Thanks a lot again.                 I applied for fastag online from icici on 02/12/2019 and received below message on the same day

                Dear customer, your icici bank fastag account no. 22201883 has been activated on 02/12/2019 17:57:41.

                But till now i did not receive fastag. Even i tried to contact with customer care but no one is picking the call.

                  I, shiva agarwal had applied for online nps account and paid my 1st contribution using the net banking services of icici bank. I had selected icici bank as one of bank for kyc verification since i have salary account in this bank for many years. However, my nps account is frozen with status as "frozen - pran frozen as kyc verification is pending/rejected by bank or employee confirmation pending by corporate" because it is waiting for approval or rejection from icici bank head office. I even tried calling there customer care, they also provided the wrong information when i asked what is the procedure to get the kyc verification done, they told that i need get the documented verified from the bank and send the hard copy to cra, but when i asked same to cra they told it needs to be done online from the bank, in case rejected from bank then only you have to go ahead with manual procedure. Kindly help me in getting my nps account unfreeze.

                      I had posted a complaint uid (A03bj4) and i got a reply asking me to send details to [protected]@icicibank.com - which happens to be bogus email, when asked what is [protected] in the email - there is no response from the fraud bank. I observed many have got the similar reply and they too have asked what is [protected] and there is no response from the bank. I should admit, i made a big mistake dealing with icicibank... Every other fastag provider has a tracking - icici has no tracking - only the money is taken and they disappear. I even applied at paytm and they has a tracking progress of the fastag application.

                        My husband’s name has been changed and all id proofs are on new name but vehicle rc is on old name.. Cannot get rc updated because car will said to be second hand in that case.. I have all proofs stating that name has been changed and these 2 names belong to same person even newspaper cutting also.. No company providing us fastag because of this.. Called customer care twice but no solution provided for the same.

                          I had ordered fastag through imobile app for my vehicle on 25/11/2019. I received a message that my icici bank fastag ac. No. 11594527 has been activated on 25/11/2019.
                          I received another message stating that my fastag account no. 22029551 has been activated on 25/11/2019.
                          On 28/11/2019 i received another message that my icici bank fastag no.[protected] for veh. No. (My vehicle no.) has been assigned to my account no. 22029551.
                          I did not receive fastag at my noida address but received a message regarding dispatch of fastag through blue dart courier on 02/12/2019 along with tracking no. I tried to track the courier but could not contact.
                          I have not received fastag till now and now i am not available at my noida address, where fastag was to be delivered originally.
                          It is requested that my fastag may be delivered at my place of posing in himachal pradesh at following address:
                          D-10, ntpc koldam township, jamthal, distt bilaspur, himachal pradesh, pin-174036.

                              I have bought icici fastag online on 6th of december and got confirmation messages saying my icici fastag account is activated. My icici fastag user id is 11918141 and having account no 22272468. Till date i didn't receive the fastag for my vehicle despite various call try to connect on your customer care no which is provided in the mobile app.
                              I have no information till date about my tag and its being 8 days now, but there is no information on whether the tag is shipped or not nor the tracking id?
                              This kind of service is not expected at all from bank like this where customer is running pillar to post for one fastag even after charging higher fee for the tag of rs.499/-
                              Please to the needful at earliest otherwise i am forced to move to the appropriate court against the service of yours

                                I have applied for fastag on 23 november and it is written that 'the tag will reach you within 8 working days'. It is 14 december today and i haven't received fastag. I even registered a complaint. No other response regarding shipping is provided by bank or other tracking numbers.

                                  I purchased icici fastag online on dec27th.
                                  Also paid the delivery fee.
                                  I got the message the fastag customer id 11640040 is activated.
                                  Also I received a message
                                  Dear Customer, Your ICICI Bank FASTag account No. 22077120 has been activated on 27/11/2019 20:02:37
                                  But till date I did not receive the fastag. The customer care number is not working..the other number they never pick the phone
                                  There is no tracking of fastag either.
                                  I need the fastag to be delivered

                                    Hi i bought a icici fastag online on 27th november, haven't yet received fastag on my communication address. My details are: acc no 11636230. I have raised the complaint on the icici fastag app, no response so far. Have tried to contact customer care, no response here as well. Has been a very bad experience with icici so far. From tomo the fastag is mandatory and i still dnt have the fastag with me, all thanks to pathetic service of icici bank.

                                      I ordered a fastag for my car on 6/12/2019 against the customer id /acct no. 11825160 and still have not received it. There is no way to track as to where is it. The call center number shared [protected] or even premium number chargeable to me [protected] is in continuous wait loop with no one picking up the calls. Have waited more than 30 minutes multiple times. Tag is still not delivered. With deadline fast approaching i'm really upset with services from icici bank. This is absolutely not in line with icici brand quality standards. Regret ordering the tag from icici... And really worried if the same is happening to standard banking services of icici

                                        I ordered icici fasttag throught net banking. I received sms for the payment made and id details. I did not receive my fasttag. Nobody attends in customer care number. I sent email and the reply is to contact merchant. Who is the merchant? Why you are not guiding the customers properly? Nobody even bothers to call back inspite of registering complaint. Very poor service. Please don't order fasttag through icici.
