[Resolved] ICICI Bank Credit Card Division — Avoid this place at all costs | |||
Dear ICICI official, I got a response from ICICI bank stating that the card is zero balanced and closed on September 30 2013 and there is no outstanding due amount. My questions is: 1. When I have closed the ICICI credit card account in 2010, why was the card still active until 2013? This is affecting my financial status and credit score, Who is responsible for this? 2. Because of ICICI bank credit card section not updating my credit card account and closing it on time, I have faced issues. I had applied for personal loan with ICICI bank and it was rejected stating that credit card has outstanding due amount. 3. When I checked with another bank they also said the same and rejected my application. Will the ICICI bank take the responsibility of correcting my credit history in CIBIL? Are they going to approve the loan as it was they who were responsible for the rejection of the loan? I need the answers for these questions Thanks Jaya Was this information helpful? | |||
