I have called so many times to customer care of icici bank for email id change. All the emails are landing into my previous company's email id, i want them on my personal id. Also i have visited blue ridge pune branch three times with my electricity bill to get the address changed. But the responses i get are different everytime and frustrating. They are not accepting online copy of electricity bill which is valid as per the law.
It's been 10 days i have not yet received my renewed credit card which got expired because of address change.
