ICICI Bank — Credit card EMI conversion and removal of extra charges

Sir in December icici bank person told me to pay minimum amount of credit card, after that they will convert into EMI. But after so many requests and complaints they converted into EMI in February only after 2 months with adding so many charges since December till February. They had not solved my issue till now. As being a retired soldier I felt very bad as the response of the bank. I had my salary account in icici bank since 20 years. But since December I fed up with their work. Pls take immediate action against them. 100% it is bank fault, why I will pay charges. Since last 01 month I had send so many emails, but till now I don't get any reply from them.
