ICICI Bank — Credit card emi issue

Hi Team,

This is to inform you that i have been charged money twice, not even twice but i have been paid money double in every month, like to nobody had stopped my second emi though it should have been stopped in april but left with double emi's, as i have purchased the lg TV in march and i returned it because it had some technical issues then merchant refunded the amount my account and but started the emi though it supposed to be stopped but later i purchased the new tv with my refund money on emi so that emi running fine and i reviewed but 1st supposed to be stopped and not charged the money 8 month of Emi along with second emi and this all happened because i did, t have the credit card statement, all i have the only merchant amazon amount on site to pay that's it so i would request you please adjust my that money with my current on going emi and i wouldn't pay any Emi until this issue gets resolved.

Please take this issue seriously. I have paid twice in every month not amazon informed neither Bank site. Everyone charged extra money from me.

the total amount you have charged form april to november, its 40000 INR almost please adjsut this amount with my second on goin installment.
they deducting the extra amount every month which i already received the refund why they has not stopped yet
please help me im just a student i dont have extra funds to pay please help me out frm this please
