Failed online transaction yet the amount has been debited

I tried making a payment using ICICI debit card online (Spotify) however the transaction failed. I tried multiple times but it failed each time. Later on I got the message that money had been debited from my account each time and customer care hasn't been very helpful. I want a refund of that amount.
Please help resolve it asap...

EPF KYC pending for approval

Address:Sushant Lok, Gurgaon

I have updated my bank details for KYC. Nevertheless, it has not been verified since long and I am unable to claim my PF.

I don't know why ICICI Bank is not processing the kyc verification. I have read many complaints regarding the same in internet. Please take action and help us to complete the verification....

I would like to inform you that I am getting continuous calls from ICICI Bank regarding personal loan. I do not need any loan, Hope you people understand and stop calling and disturbing me.

I Didn't applied any Expression Debit card but I got mail from ICICI (Fee towards Expressions Debit Card will be debited from Account XX112 within 12 hrs. Please keep sufficient balance in your account.) I don't want This expression Debit card.
My Question is I didn't applied this, who applied this one.
Please cancel this and refund my amount...

BANK KYC is not approved in EPFO

I have updated my bank details for kyc but after a long days still my bank account is not verified. Reason for KYC change is because my existing bank Citi Bank is closing its services in India.

I don't know why ICICI Bank is not processing the kyc verification. I have read many complaints regarding the same in internet. Please take action and help us to complete the verification.

I have received a call from [protected] in the name of ICICI Bank Offering personal loan. as many such fraud calls coming in the name of such subject.

I thought it would be the same fraud call i am listing to the offer. after the call i found that they have deposited 3lakh Rs. in the name of personal loan to my saving account. This has happened without any written consent now there is no response...

ECSRTNCHGS Deduction in ICICI Bank Account

I have paid my SIP's on net day. yet i was charged 7500+ for this. I've never faced this issue with Paytm Bank. never git any charges. When i asked to reverse these charges. Because, I already paid for it all. I was told we can't do that. that's a daylight robbery....

Through this mail, I want to highlight the fictitious debits imposed in my bank account for the health policy purchases from Icici Lombard.

In the month of August, I purchased health policy for myself and daughter and paid premium of 50596/-This premium has to be deducted in 3 monthly instalments of 17317/- per month in Oct-22, Nov-22 and Dec-22.

To my surprise on 3rd Oct and 4th Oct my account was debited...

Loan closed without knowing me

Need to update my international mobile number for OTP

I am an ICICI customer for the last 7 years and I moved to the UK about 1 months ago, I cannot access my online banking or pay my bills because i cannot access my online account without the OTP number, my india mobile number is no longer exists. I need to update my UK mobile number, but i cannot do this online and talking to customer care has not helped at all.

Its depressing to see that customers at international locations...
