    Within 2-3months about 3000 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg_ingenot
    From the date of[protected] to[protected] without any notification. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency it's pendamic situation and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. What the hell wrong with icici bank.
    What is this transaction purpose

      I have been charged DMC-DP charges as fraud by ICICI bank. This is the second time they are doing this to me.
      When I opened my salary account they provided me demat account details and sked me to activate it if I needed which I never did. After 4 years in January 2021, they suddenly charged me with this DP charges of Rs826/- . I complained and they told me these charges are deducted and cannot be refunded and asked me to permanently close the demat account by visiitng the branch and I did the same and I was told that this will never happen again.
      But again on 24th November 2022, they again charged me for the same DP charges of Rs826/- which is nothing but simply a fraud.
      Please take serious action against it.

        Hi Team,

        I wanted to discuss a very serious issue. This needs an urgent action from your end and should be done asap otherwise it will lead to disastrous results for me.

        I had already raised this concern on 3 Oct but I'm still not receiving any resolution from ICICI Bank, below are service request No.

        I had taken a personal loan from ICICI bank (Mumbai) and one of Bank representatives (Nidhi Yadav - [protected] & Purvi) shared all the loan information over phone call I told her to send me all necessary documents before the loan was processed but they do not provide me any document by email before loan is processed.
        I had provided all screenshot of whatsapp chat.

        1. My first issue was with the interest rate -: I had applied for a personal loan and my interest rate was higher than what the package had offered. According to bank commitment, it was to be an 11.25% interest rate but when I reviewed my account, the interest rate was 11.5%.

        2. My second issue is fault & wrong commitment -: which is done by ICICI employee. She had told me that "I will prepay and part payment of my loan" but when I received all necessary documents of the loan I was shocked because in the pages it clearly mentioned all the charges + GST. I informed Nidhi yadav and she told me that I will check and let you know. However, I'm still waiting for her call and she didn't answer my phone call. This fault commitment is not acceptable as it has resulted in paying more than required.

        3. My third issue is incorrect processing fees, she told me that processing fees would be 3999 but when I reviewed my account, the processing fees was 4720. She had agreed to return the difference amount by UPI but I did not receive any amount. My home branch is in Indore and this is my salary account, she calls from Mumbai. Both of your employees provide me with an ID card so I trust her. I had tried to contact them so many times but she didn't answer. I would like to request you please revised back loan or grant me to pay part payment and prepayment of my loan without any charges. I'm very disappointed with the service and the experience I had.

          I am Md Wasim Akram. 826.00 Rupees has been deducted from my account as DP CHGS TILL Nov-24

            I had a demat account in icici bank which is closed now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 24/11/2022
            DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL OCT-22 — inr 179.23 when i created the demat account or when i was closed account, i was not told about the dp charges and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected] . This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

              Hi,
              This is Akash Rai, there was some deduction happened from my bank account against DMC/DP charges.

              The details of the deductions are as below:-
              1. ₹826 on 25/11/2021
              2. ₹68.93 on 25/10/2021
              3. ₹826 on 24/11/2022

              Kindly let me know why this deduction has been happened ? as I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account. I have not raised any request for activation of my Demat account in ICICI direct & also i have not done any stock trading from icici direct.
              There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.
              Even i am sending mails to icicidirect on [protected]@icicidirect.com but not getting any positive response from last one year.

              Kindly look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest by returning my money back to my account.

                  Hello, i just need to inform you that the deduction has been done under name ECSRTCHGS of RS 590, i am not aware what they deduct this money without any valid reason or explanation, i just want my money back any how, you can't deduct money just because I have an account in your bank...I NEED MY MONEY BACK.

                          Demat account charged rs 826 for my account. I didn’t call, message, request to ICICI bank. Then how they deduct money without any alert. Please help me to solve this.                             Hi I m again complaining against ICICI Bank i am fed up with this bank they always charge any amount and deduct them form my bank account or credit card...this time they had deducted Rs.3539.30 from my credit card without any further information. On 16 Nov 2022 they deducted my amount without any transaction done by me. I was not aware about this thing today i.e. 24 Nov 2022 when I got the SMS about the credit card statement and asked for depositing this amount then I checked further and it showing they are charging some type of joining fee + GST18%...They had not taken any kind of permission from me and just deducted the amount...i don't know what this bank is trying to do I think now all my savings are not safe in this bank as they are finding reasons for charging the money and also hindering the privacy of my accounts. Govt is asking to use online method for transaction and here this bank is looting their customers only. I please request to kindly refund my amount. I will be grateful we customer are trusting the bank for saving our hard-earned money but they are doing these scams.

                              Rs 826.00 has been deducted from my ICICI saving account no.[protected] in the name of DMC charges. I have no transaction through ICICI demat account. This is truly unacceptable because first your employees continuously making calls to open a demat account and also make assured that this is totally free without any charges.                                 Hi vallem vishnu here. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL OCT-22) on 24-NOV-2022. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

                                Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                                Mentioned the transaction remark - DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL OCT-22

                                We people are here because of trust towards . But this is totally an unacceptable behavior from ICICI. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can loose the trust.

                                  Last year my brother had started a policy by mistake, due to which ₹ 1899 was deducted from my account, I had stopped this policy service by calling customer care .But again this year ₹1899 was deducted from my account on 3rd november 2022 is this done intentionally by bank I don't want this policy and want my money back
